Marlborough Board of Health welcomes new member, schedules bodywork hearing. The board welcomed Dr. Sandeep Jubbal as a new member and scheduled a public hearing on proposed bodywork regulations for Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM at City Hall in Memorial Hall.
Chair Joseph Tennyson, Member Karen Patti, and new Member Dr. Jubbal were present. The board approved April minutes on a 2-0 vote, with Jubbal abstaining.
Director Paul Dinwoodie reported that Assistant Sanitarians conducted 30 routine food inspections in May, with two establishments requiring reinspection but no fines assessed after corrections. Don Patron Mexican Grill was required to work with a certified food consultant for three months due to repeated violations during routine inspections.
