Board sets public hearing on Results Way zoning amendment

MARLBOROUGH — Planning Board schedules public hearing on Results Way zoning. The Planning Board voted unanimously to set a public hearing for April 27, 2026, on a proposed zoning amendment to the Results Way Mixed Use Overlay District. City Council President Michael Ossing and Vice President Kathleen Robey attended to brief the board on the city's draft forward plan examining development capacity.
The board also unanimously released a $95,000 bond securing the Jewell Road subdivision and approved an Approval Not Required plan for 235-237 and 249 Pleasant Street. Board member Barbara L. Fenby raised concerns that current housing costs prevent local residents from remaining in Marlborough.
