Marlborough's City Council elects three new leadership positions in annual organizational meeting. Michael H. Ossing was unanimously elected President, Sean A.
Navin Vice-President, and A. Trey Fuccillo President Pro-Tempore in balloting that saw all 11 members present. The council unanimously adopted the 2025 Council Rules for 2026 operations and adjourned at 11:35 AM.
