Marlborough Conservation Commission approves garage and driveway project at 321 Stow Rd. The Commission voted unanimously on January 8 to approve a revised Order of Conditions for owner Hiten Mehta's garage and driveway project within a 100-foot wetland buffer zone. The revised plan, represented by David Cowell of Hancock Associates, includes an infiltration trench for roof drainage and a 30-foot buffer vegetation restoration area.
In other business, the Commission voted unanimously to approve a wetland delineation for New England Power Company and to issue a Certificate of Compliance for Ken's Foods, pending stormwater documentation.
