Commission Issues Two Project Approvals; Begins Fining Unicorr

Marlborough Conservation Commission issues approvals and escalates wetland enforcement. The commission unanimously approved a Certificate of Compliance for the 30,000-square-foot sports facility at 280 Locke Drive, with all required work including additional drainage confirmed complete by Conservation Officer Priscilla Ryder. It also unanimously issued a Negative Determination with Standard Conditions for a 3-foot by 70-foot retaining wall at 62 O'Malley Road to prevent yard erosion.

The commission ratified an enforcement order against Unicorr for unauthorized work at 300 Cedar Hill and authorized beginning daily fines if the violation is not remedied.
