Conservation Commission approves determinations for five environmental projects

Marlborough Conservation Commission unanimously approves environmental determinations for five residential and commercial projects. The Commission issued Negative Determinations with Standard Conditions for residential sheds at 36 Westboro Road and car wash renovations at 226 Maple Street, approved a Certificate of Compliance for abandoned work at 415 Elm Street, and approved minor amendments to permitted work at 4 and 6 Quinn Road. Conservation Officer Priscilla Ryder will coordinate with the Department of Public Works on added drainage for the Maple Street project.
The Commission continued an enforcement action for unauthorized trenching at 300 Cedar Hill Street to May 21.
