MARLBOROUGH — Licensing Board approves Chapa Paisa outdoor dining expansion and six event liquor licenses. Licensed manager Saul E. Carvajal won unanimous approval for outdoor alcohol service at 203-205 Main St., with Councilors Katie Roby and Ossing supporting the downtown development.

The board approved one-day licenses for the Farmers Market, Sts. Anargyroi Greek Orthodox Church, and World Cup Fan Zone events, while tabling Rushford & Sons Brewhouse due to applicant absence. The board placed a complaint on file for Don Patron's half-price drink promotion and continued discussions regarding customer complaints and public disturbances at other establishments.
