Friday, February 13, 10:26 a.m. — Disabled Motor Vehicle: A disabled motor vehicle was reported at the intersection of Ames Street and Boston Post Road West.
Friday, February 13, 1:19 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on the 48 block of Dove Road.
Friday, February 13, 1:56 p.m. — Lost/Found Property: A found or lost property report was filed at Liberty Hill Apartments on the 200 block of Main Street.
Friday, February 13, 5:12 p.m. — Missing Person: A missing person call was responded to on the 29 block of Hildreth Street; services were rendered.
Friday, February 13, 4:24 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of Clover Hill Street and Kelleher Street.
Friday, February 13, 4:26 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 100 block of Northboro Road East.
Friday, February 13, 4:48 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported on the 700 block of Farm Road.
Friday, February 13, 6:51 p.m. — Disabled Motor Vehicle: A disabled motor vehicle was reported on the 300 block of Lakeside Avenue.
Friday, February 13, 7:26 p.m. — Disabled Motor Vehicle: A disabled motor vehicle was reported at the intersection of Bolton Street and Union Street.
Friday, February 13, 6:10 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near Revival Church on the 200 block of Boston Post Road East.
Friday, February 13, 7:10 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported on the 5200 block of Timberview Way.
Friday, February 13, 7:53 p.m. — Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted on the 300 block of Lincoln Street.
Friday, February 13, 7:04 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.
Friday, February 13, 7:14 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment report was filed on the 16 block of Hudson Street.
Friday, February 13, 7:29 p.m. — Soliciting: A soliciting complaint was responded to at the intersection of Hudson Street and Windmill Drive.
Friday, February 13, 9:02 p.m. — Assist Other Agency / Arrest: Police assisted another agency in connection with an incident at the 300 block of East Main Street.
Friday, February 13, 11:31 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported on the 5200 block of Timberview Way.
Saturday, February 14, 3:40 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at The Retreat at Marlborough Apartments on Christie Way.
Saturday, February 14, 2:07 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of East Main Street and Stevens Street.
Saturday, February 14, 7:36 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of Union Street and Thresher Drive.
Saturday, February 14, 10:47 a.m. — Arrest: During a motor vehicle stop on Elm Heights Terrace, a driver was found to be operating with a suspended or revoked license and failed to signal. Enner Alexander Dionicio Hernandez, 37, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and failure to signal.
Saturday, February 14, 11:43 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Housing Authority on the 20 block of Front Street.
Saturday, February 14, 11:45 a.m. — Threats: A threats report was filed at Advocates on the 500 block of Lincoln Street.
Saturday, February 14, 12:20 p.m. — Threats: A threats report was filed at Price Chopper on the 200 block of East Main Street.
Saturday, February 14, 1:50 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near Raising Canes Restaurant on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.
Saturday, February 14, 1:02 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A suspicious activity call near Kennedy's Market on the 200 block of Maple Street resulted in a person being transported to the hospital.
Saturday, February 14, 8:32 p.m. — Suspicious Vehicle: A suspicious vehicle was reported at Residence Inn by Marriott on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Saturday, February 14, 9:01 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 100 block of Farm Road.
Saturday, February 14, 8:36 p.m. — Arrest: During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Broad Street, a driver was found to be operating with a suspended or revoked license, with no valid inspection sticker, and in violation of number plate regulations. Romulo Paulino De Souza Bonfim, 25, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, failure to display a valid inspection sticker, and a number plate violation.
Saturday, February 14, 10:42 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was responded to near Olive Garden on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard; the person was transported to the hospital.
Saturday, February 14, 11:12 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 100 block of Broad Street.
Saturday, February 14, 11:57 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 600 block of Farm Road.
Sunday, February 15, 12:22 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of East Main Street and Walnut Street.
Sunday, February 15, 4:22 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of Nickerson Road and Ames Street.
Sunday, February 15, 10:08 a.m. — Arrest: Officers serving a warrant at a residence on the 27 block of Washington Street took a subject into custody. Gilder Rolando Lopez Suchite, 27, of Marlborough, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Sunday, February 15, 11:31 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Stone Gate Apartments on Silver Leaf Way.
Sunday, February 15, 1:52 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 500 block of Lincoln Street.
Sunday, February 15, 2:23 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed on Violetwood Circle.
Sunday, February 15, 4:45 p.m. — Missing Person: A missing person report was filed on High Street.
Sunday, February 15, 7:24 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop — Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Elm Street and Ferrecchia Drive resulted in a criminal complaint.
Sunday, February 15, 8:03 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop — Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop near Wendy's Restaurant on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West resulted in a criminal complaint.
Sunday, February 15, 9:38 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 50 block of Lincoln Street.
Sunday, February 15, 10:28 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Hyatt Place Hotel on Apex Drive.
Sunday, February 15, 11:33 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Embassy Suites Hotel on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.
Monday, February 16, 12:59 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at The Burrow on Green District Boulevard.
Monday, February 16, 1:22 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive.
Monday, February 16, 5:08 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop was conducted on the 400 block of Lakeside Avenue; a report was filed.
Monday, February 16, 7:16 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 100 block of Northboro Road East.
Monday, February 16, 8:20 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at Ridgewood Condominiums on the 200 block of Bolton Street.
Monday, February 16, 8:54 a.m. — Police Investigation: A police investigation was conducted at Marlborough Hospital on the 100 block of Union Street.
Monday, February 16, 10:53 a.m. — Arrest: During a motor vehicle stop near Hannaford Supermarket on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West, a driver was found to be operating with a suspended or revoked license and using an electronic device while driving. Iury Vieira DeSouza, 33, of Stow, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and use of an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle (first offense).
Monday, February 16, 11:42 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed on the 95 block of Shawmut Avenue.
Monday, February 16, 12:42 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Orchard Apartments on Farmhouse Lane.
Monday, February 16, 1:04 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near New England Dental Group on the 600 block of Boston Post Road East.
Monday, February 16, 5:02 p.m. — Police Investigation: A police investigation was conducted at Marlborough Hospital on the 100 block of Union Street.
Monday, February 16, 5:05 p.m. — Erratic Operator: An erratic operator was reported near Brook Village East on the 300 block of East Main Street.
Monday, February 16, 1:30 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop was conducted near the 200 block of East Main Street; a report was filed.
Monday, February 16, 9:38 p.m. — Assist Citizen: An assist citizen call was responded to on the 100 block of Howe Street; a report was filed.
Monday, February 16, 9:58 p.m. — Arrest: Two individuals were arrested during a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Broad Street and Fay Court. Both were charged with cocaine trafficking. Julie Ann Slatkavitz, 39, of Marlborough, was charged with cocaine trafficking (18 grams or more, less than 36 grams), possession of a Class A controlled substance, and two outstanding warrants. Nicholas Ryan Harris, 35, of Marlborough, was charged with cocaine trafficking (18 grams or more, less than 36 grams).
Monday, February 16, 10:54 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Princeton Green Apartments on the 700 block of Farm Road; officers responded and rendered services. A second disturbance call from the same address followed at 11:35 p.m.
Tuesday, February 17, 12:19 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.
