MARLBOROUGH — Planning Board adopts procedures for new state zoning authority. The Board voted unanimously on April 6 to accept a memorandum outlining how it will exercise authority granted under Chapter 85 of the Acts of 2025, also approving draft public hearing scripts for the framework.
