Marlborough Planning Board requires extensive legal review for Marlborough Hub development. Chair Sean Fay and the Board outlined multiple requirements the Chronology of Marlborough Hub project must address, including demonstrating legal right to construct the proposed roadway, proving necessary easements and agreements are in place, and resolving complex questions about easement rights. The Board also voted unanimously on February 9 to waive $2,170 in fees for a withdrawn preliminary subdivision on Howe Street and Valley Street submitted by Matthew Evangelous of Bolton.
