All six board members unanimously endorsed subdivision applications for parcels at 130 Lizotte Drive owned by FD 130 Lizotte LLC, approving a September 10, 2025 plan for Parcel 83 and a January 6, 2026 plan for Parcel 2A under state Subdivision Control Law. Both parcels were surveyed by Jeffrey J.
