Marlborough Planning Board clears two Lizotte Drive subdivisions as Approval Not Required. All six board members unanimously endorsed subdivision applications for parcels at 130 Lizotte Drive owned by FD 130 Lizotte LLC, approving a September 10, 2025 plan for Parcel 83 and a January 6, 2026 plan for Parcel 2A under state Subdivision Control Law. Both parcels were surveyed by Jeffrey J.
Stefanik of Guerriere and Halnon, Inc. The Approval Not Required process streamlines applications that meet state subdivision requirements without triggering variance or detailed site-plan review.
