MARLBOROUGH — Planning Board refers Howe Street subdivision for legal review. The board voted unanimously to direct the Legal Department to review Matthew Evangelous's proposed three-lot duplex subdivision on Howe and Valley Streets, asking whether the applicant can legally construct the roadway and whether residential buildings can be situated in an Industrial zone. The board also approved a $9,000 bond reduction for the Quinn Road subdivision, reducing it from $151,000 to $142,000, and voted 6-0 to release lot 6 of the Jewell Road subdivision, allowing development to proceed.
