Monday, August 17, 8:15 a.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.

Monday, August 17, 12:51 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at the intersection of Mechanic Street and West Main Street.

Monday, August 17, 1:10 p.m.Found/Lost Property: Found or lost property was reported on the 0–10 block of Emmett Street.

Monday, August 17, 1:56 p.m.Vandalism: Vandalism was reported on the 200 block of Maple Street.

Monday, August 17, 2:24 p.m.Warrant Service: A warrant was served at a residence on the 20 block of Paris Street.

Monday, August 17, 2:37 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported on the 80 block of Melody Lane.

Monday, August 17, 5:36 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near The Plum Tomato on the 500 block of Boston Post Road East.

Monday, August 17, 6:11 p.m.Erratic Operator: An erratic operator was reported on the 50 block of Settlers Lane.

Monday, August 17, 6:28 p.m.Warrant Service: A warrant service was reported on the 300 block of Farm Road.

Monday, August 17, 6:41 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Halstead Apartments on the 100 block of Ames Street.

Monday, August 17, 8:54 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 50 block of Alan Road.

Monday, August 17, 9:08 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Wayside Apartments on the 400 block of Boston Post Road East.


Tuesday, August 18, 2:10 a.m.Arrest: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 10 block of Cotting Avenue. Jacob S. Couture, 40, of Webster, was charged with vandalize property (G.L. c. 266, §126A), disconnecting a sprinkler system, and assault and battery.

Tuesday, August 18, 6:36 a.m.Breaking and Entering (Past): A past breaking and entering was reported on the 500 block of Lincoln Street; an arrest was made.

Tuesday, August 18, 7:34 a.m.Vandalism: Vandalism was reported at Easy Mart on the 300 block of Maple Street.

Tuesday, August 18, 12:01 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (with Injuries): A crash with injuries was reported near Marlboro District Court on the 40 block of Williams Street.

Tuesday, August 18, 12:18 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Waterwind Knolls Condo on the 40 block of Lakeside Avenue.

Tuesday, August 18, 1:45 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was reported at The Burrow apartments on the 3000 block of Green District Boulevard.

Tuesday, August 18, 2:48 p.m.Auto Theft: A motor vehicle theft was reported on the 100 block of Matheson Drive.

Tuesday, August 18, 4:19 p.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on the 50 block of Mustang Avenue.

Tuesday, August 18, 4:24 p.m.Arrest: Police, assisting another agency, made an arrest at Wynwood Estates Condominiums on the 200 block of Boston Post Road East. Jose A. Cuellar, 33, of Clinton, was charged with distribution of a Class B drug (subsequent offense), trafficking in cocaine (200 grams or more), and possession of ammunition without a Firearms Identification card (subsequent offense).

Tuesday, August 18, 6:55 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near the intersection of Hildreth Street and Church Street.

Tuesday, August 18, 8:21 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Halstead Apartments on the 100 block of Ames Street.

Tuesday, August 18, 9:49 p.m.Vandalism: Vandalism was reported on the 200 block of Bigelow Street.

Tuesday, August 18, 9:39 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop was conducted at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Ryan Court. Anais Y. Estrada, 28, of Hopkinton, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a number plate violation, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Tuesday, August 18, 11:12 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported on the 200 block of Lincoln Street.


Wednesday, August 19, 12:41 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near Target on the 600 block of Boston Post Road East.

Wednesday, August 19, 8:28 a.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at a gas station on the 400 block of Lincoln Street.

Wednesday, August 19, 10:36 a.m.Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at Auto Zone on the 200 block of East Main Street.

Wednesday, August 19, 11:02 a.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on the 30 block of Dove Road.

Wednesday, August 19, 11:13 a.m.Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was reported at Hillside School on the 400 block of Robin Hill Street.

Wednesday, August 19, 6:07 p.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on the 40 block of Gay Street.

Wednesday, August 19, 6:41 p.m.Animal Complaint: An animal complaint was reported on the 80 block of Melody Lane.

Wednesday, August 19, 6:57 p.m.Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was reported on the 60 block of Winter Street.

Wednesday, August 19, 8:15 p.m.Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was reported on the 200 block of Bigelow Street.

Wednesday, August 19, 9:15 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop was conducted at the intersection of Main Street and Court Street. Victor Aroldo Monrroy Lopez, 30, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, a lights violation, and failure to wear a seat belt.

Wednesday, August 19, 10:02 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was reported on the 500 block of Applebriar Lane.


Thursday, August 20, 2:20 a.m.Arrest: A property-damage crash was reported on the 500 block of Bigelow Street. Luis Xavier Vasquez, 28, of Hudson, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI), leaving the scene of property damage, a marked lanes violation, and failure to stop or yield.

Thursday, August 20, 10:22 a.m.Arrest: A warrant was served at the Marlborough Police Department on the 300 block of Bolton Street. Benito Perez-Garcia, 44, of Marlborough, was charged on a warrant through the warrant management system.

Thursday, August 20, 10:28 a.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was reported at Digital Credit Union on the 800 block of Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Thursday, August 20, 12:54 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (with Injuries): A crash with injuries was reported on the 400 block of Boston Post Road East.

Thursday, August 20, 1:59 p.m.Shoplifting: A shoplifting complaint was reported at Target on the 400 block of Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Thursday, August 20, 4:16 p.m.Shoplifting (Criminal Complaint): A shoplifting criminal complaint was filed from Target on the 600 block of Boston Post Road East.

Thursday, August 20, 5:37 p.m.Assault: An assault was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 100 block of Northboro Road East.

Thursday, August 20, 6:10 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a Chipotle Grill on the 200 block of Boston Post Road West.

Thursday, August 20, 7:14 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 100 block of Mechanic Street.

Thursday, August 20, 7:49 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop (Criminal Complaint): A motor vehicle stop resulting in a criminal complaint was conducted on the 100 block of Bolton Street near Mildon Avenue.

Friday, August 21, 10:50 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Kane Self Storage on the 800 block of Bolton Street.

Friday, August 21, 11:29 a.m.Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported on the 300 block of Concord Road.

Friday, August 21, 11:44 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near Raising Cane's Restaurant on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.

Friday, August 21, 7:04 p.m.Arrest: A threats complaint was reported near Valvoline on the 400 block of Maple Street. Lucas Lobo Dutra, 21, of Marlborough, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, vandalize property (G.L. c. 266, §126A), and threat to commit a crime.

Friday, August 21, 7:51 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop was conducted at the intersection of Lakeside Avenue and Williams Street. Elvis W. Perez-Escobar, 31, of Marlborough, was charged on a warrant through the warrant management system.

Friday, August 21, 8:17 p.m.Arrest: A warrant was served at the Marlborough Police Department on the 300 block of Bolton Street. Josue Gonzalez, 47, of Marlborough, was charged on a warrant through the warrant management system.

Friday, August 21, 8:32 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near Sperry's Liquors on the 500 block of Lincoln Street.

Friday, August 21, 10:23 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop was conducted near a residence on the 400 block of Elm Street. Rolando Velazquez, 45, of Framingham, was charged on a warrant through the warrant management system, and two counts of possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense), and possession of a Class C drug (subsequent offense).
