Monday, August 3, 10:14 a.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Pleasant and Chestnut Streets resulted in an arrest. Josue Camargo Borges, 23, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.

Monday, August 3, 11:56 a.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted on Cook Lane.

Monday, August 3, 12:22 p.m.Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance at the 3300 block of Green District Boulevard.

Monday, August 3, 1:15 p.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on Page Circle.

Monday, August 3, 1:25 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Officers responded to suspicious activity on the 30 block of Hayden Street.

Monday, August 3, 1:28 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted on Burns Road.

Monday, August 3, 1:45 p.m.Citizen Assist: A citizen assistance report was filed at Marlborough Police Department headquarters on Bolton Street.

Monday, August 3, 1:49 p.m.Citizen Assist: A citizen assistance report was filed on Hayden Street.

Monday, August 3, 5:11 p.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on Fremont Street.

Monday, August 3, 5:23 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was reported on Violetwood Circle.

Monday, August 3, 5:29 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Officers responded to suspicious activity near Stevens Playground on Arnold Street Extension.

Monday, August 3, 6:16 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage crash was reported near Mineirao Market on the 500 block of Boston Post Road East.

Monday, August 3, 7:32 p.m.Sudden Death: A sudden death was reported at the 100 block of Elm Street.

Monday, August 3, 8:26 p.m.Threats: A threats complaint was reported on the 80 block of Highland Street.

Monday, August 3, 8:39 p.m.Erratic Operator: Officers responded to a report of an erratic motor vehicle operator on the 200 block of Maple Street.

Monday, August 3, 8:53 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted on the 200 block of Main Street.

Monday, August 3, 9:59 p.m.Threats: A threats complaint was reported on Fairmount Street.

Monday, August 3, 11:14 p.m.Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance at the intersection of Ridge Road and Anderson Road.

Monday, August 3, 11:49 p.m.Medical Emergency: Officers assisted with a medical emergency at Marlborough Hills Health Care on Northboro Road East.

Tuesday, August 4, 8:53 a.m.Harassment Order Violation: A harassment order violation was reported on the 10 block of Mill Street North.

Tuesday, August 4, 9:42 a.m.Threats: A threats complaint was filed at Marlborough Police Department headquarters on Bolton Street.

Tuesday, August 4, 10:58 a.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on Phelps Street.

Tuesday, August 4, 11:19 a.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported at Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive.

Tuesday, August 4, 11:32 a.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.

Tuesday, August 4, 11:49 a.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Brothers Market on the 100 block of Broad Street.

Tuesday, August 4, 12:36 p.m.Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was reported at The Meadows at Marlborough on Broadmeadow Road.

Tuesday, August 4, 1:18 p.m.Citizen Assist: A citizen assistance report was filed on Ash Street.

Tuesday, August 4, 1:49 p.m.Citizen Assist: A citizen assistance report was filed on Witherbee Street.

Tuesday, August 4, 1:58 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop on Lakeside Avenue resulted in the operator being transported to a hospital.

Tuesday, August 4, 4:18 p.m.Shoplifting: A shoplifting complaint was reported at Target on the 400 block of Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Tuesday, August 4, 5:19 p.m.Citizen Assist: A citizen assistance report was filed at Fairfield Inn on Apex Drive.

Tuesday, August 4, 5:49 p.m.Citizen Assist: A citizen assistance report was filed on Witherbee Street.

Tuesday, August 4, 6:25 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage crash was reported near Quest Diagnostics on the 200 block of Forest Street.

Tuesday, August 4, 6:41 p.m.Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance on the 300 block of Boston Post Road East.

Tuesday, August 4, 6:52 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Halstead Apartments on Ames Street.

Tuesday, August 4, 8:10 p.m.Vandalism: Vandalism was reported at McDonald Hotel on the 200 block of Main Street.

Tuesday, August 4, 8:11 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported on Apex Drive.

Tuesday, August 4, 9:14 p.m.Vandalism: Vandalism was reported at Whitcomb School on Union Street.

Tuesday, August 4, 9:46 p.m.Arrest: During a welfare check at McDonald Hotel on the 200 block of Main Street, officers made an arrest. Paul Purvis Jr., 42, of Marlborough, was charged with possession of a firearm with a defaced or untraceable serial number, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, and carrying a firearm without a license.

Wednesday, August 5, 4:53 a.m.Trespassing: Officers responded to a trespassing complaint at Ruland Manufacturing on Hayes Memorial Drive.

Wednesday, August 5, 6:07 a.m.Trespassing: Officers responded to a trespassing complaint at the Walker Building on the 200 block of Main Street.

Wednesday, August 5, 6:38 a.m.Trespassing: Officers responded to a trespassing complaint at Ruland Manufacturing on Hayes Memorial Drive.

Wednesday, August 5, 7:52 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (with injuries): A crash with injuries was reported near Subway on the 700 block of Boston Post Road East.

Wednesday, August 5, 7:57 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (with injuries): A crash with injuries was reported on Westboro Road.

Wednesday, August 5, 10:12 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 400 block of Boston Post Road East.

Wednesday, August 5, 10:37 a.m.Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed near the intersection of Hosmer Street and Stacey Road.

Wednesday, August 5, 10:57 a.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on Granger Boulevard.

Wednesday, August 5, 12:03 p.m.Animal Complaint: Officers responded to an animal complaint on Kirby Street.

Wednesday, August 5, 1:53 p.m.Citizen Assist: A citizen assistance report was filed on Dove Road.

Wednesday, August 5, 3:25 p.m.Vandalism: Vandalism was reported at RTX Corporation on the 1000 block of Boston Post Road East.

Wednesday, August 5, 4:19 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at Ghiloni Park on the 200 block of Concord Road.

Wednesday, August 5, 9:21 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported on the 500 block of Elm Street.

Wednesday, August 5, 10:16 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Grant Street.

Wednesday, August 5, 10:30 p.m.Arrest: Officers made an arrest during a suspicious activity response at the intersection of Liberty Street and Granger Boulevard. (Note: Arrest details were not included in the log entry as provided; see Review section.)

Wednesday, August 5, 8:58 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Target on the 400 block of Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Wednesday, August 5, 9:01 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Hunt's Mobil on the 200 block of West Main Street.
