Thursday, July 9, 9:30 a.m. — K-9 Callout: A K-9 unit was called out to Auburn, MA to assist.
Thursday, July 9, 10:31 a.m. — Disabled Motor Vehicle: A disabled motor vehicle was reported at Wilson Street near Heath Street.
Thursday, July 9, 11:01 a.m. — Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed at Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive.
Thursday, July 9, 1:07 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash, Property Damage: A property-damage-only crash was reported at Hunt's Mobil on the 200 block of West Main Street.
Thursday, July 9, 1:28 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash, Property Damage: A property-damage-only crash was reported at Stevens Street near Hosmer Street.
Thursday, July 9, 1:34 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash, Property Damage: A property-damage-only crash was reported near Goodnow Brothers Elementary School on the 400 block of Bolton Street.
Thursday, July 9, 1:50 p.m. — Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at the Halstead Apartments on the 100 block of Ames Street.
Thursday, July 9, 2:29 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery report was filed at The Reservoir Center Health Care on the 400 block of Bolton Street.
Thursday, July 9, 3:26 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery report was filed at a residence on the 10 block of Hudson Street.
Thursday, July 9, 4:43 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at PW Enterprises on the 100 block of Bolton Street.
Thursday, July 9, 5:52 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery report was filed at a residence on the 49 block of Frye Street.
Thursday, July 9, 6:29 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash, Property Damage: A property-damage-only crash was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Raymond Road.
Thursday, July 9, 7:10 p.m. — Erratic Operator: An erratic operator was reported on Maple Street.
Thursday, July 9, 7:29 p.m. — Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm activated at DCU Federal Credit Union on the 200 block of East Main Street.

Friday, July 10, 9:33 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop on Farm Road near Eldorado Drive resulted in a criminal complaint being filed.
Friday, July 10, 12:28 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery report was filed at a residence on the 700 block of Stevens Street.
Friday, July 10, 1:17 p.m. — Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed at Prestige Carwash on the 300 block of Boston Post Road West.
Friday, July 10, 1:44 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from a residence on the 60 block of White Terrace.
Friday, July 10, 1:58 p.m. — Warrant Service: A warrant was served at a residence on the 300 block of East Main Street.
Friday, July 10, 7:24 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery report was filed at Post Road Pantry on the 21 block of Boston Post Road East.
Friday, July 10, 8:24 p.m. — Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed at Post Road Trailer Park on the 100 block of Boston Post Road East.
Friday, July 10, 9:27 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on the 400 block of Boston Post Road West led to an arrest. Elizabeth Rose Henderson, 33, of Shrewsbury, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08% (second offense) and a lights violation.
Saturday, July 11, 12:24 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at the 60 block of West Main Street.
Saturday, July 11, 3:45 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from the Wayside Apartments on the 400 block of Boston Post Road East.
Saturday, July 11, 5:37 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from Executive House Condominiums on the 100 block of Boston Post Road East.
Saturday, July 11, 7:49 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from Christopher Heights on the 99 block of Pleasant Street.
Saturday, July 11, 7:59 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 100 block of Northboro Road East.
Saturday, July 11, 9:58 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A 911 call from the 4500 block of Willow Trail resulted in a person being transported to the hospital.
Saturday, July 11, 10:53 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from a residence on the 100 block of Ewald Avenue.
Saturday, July 11, 11:08 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital near Bolton Street at Francis Street.

Saturday, July 11, 6:08 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle crash at Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive led to an arrest. Gabriel Mendes Braz, 30, of Marlborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08%, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and forgery of a document.

Saturday, July 11, 8:10 p.m. — Breaking and Entering, Past: A past breaking and entering was reported at a multi-family residence on the 44 block of Park Street.

Sunday, July 12, 9:09 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash, Property Damage: A property-damage-only crash was reported near Marlboro District Court on the 45 block of Williams Street.
Sunday, July 12, 11:00 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash, Property Damage: A property-damage-only crash was reported at Cook Lane near East Main Street.
Sunday, July 12, 1:54 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries: A crash with injuries was reported at the Holiday Inn on the 200 block of Lakeside Avenue.
Sunday, July 12, 1:39 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment report was filed at a residence on the 100 block of South Street.
Sunday, July 12, 2:48 p.m. — Assist Other Agency, Arrest: Police assisted another agency with an arrest at the 13 block of Pleasant Court.
Sunday, July 12, 5:15 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop near Extended Stay America on the 19 block of Northboro Road East led to an arrest. Duban Isidro Donaire Mendoza, 26, of Naples, FL, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08%, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and traveling the wrong way on a state highway.
Sunday, July 12, 2:35 p.m. — Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was handled at Hannaford Supermarket on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.
Monday, July 13, 8:31 a.m. — Missing Person: A missing person report was filed from a residence on the 54 block of South Street.
Monday, July 13, 8:41 a.m. — Harassment: A harassment report was filed at a business on the 200 block of Cedar Hill Street.
Monday, July 13, 9:46 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery report was filed at a residence on the 200 block of Mechanic Street.
Monday, July 13, 12:21 p.m. — Arrest: Suspicious activity at Extended Stay America on the 19 block of Northboro Road East led to an arrest. Brian D. Lariviere, 38, of Shrewsbury, was arrested on two outstanding warrants.
Monday, July 13, 1:13 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 68 block of Prospect Street.
Monday, July 13, 1:36 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash, Property Damage: A property-damage-only crash was reported near Capital Liquors on the 500 block of Boston Post Road East.
