Jonathan Martinez, 39, of Worcester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), use of an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle (1st offense), two counts of possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense), possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute (subsequent offense), and possession of a Class E substance.
