Monday, October 5, 8:36 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A property-damage crash on the 200 block of Boston Post Road East sent one person to the hospital.

Monday, October 5, 11:10 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at a residence on South Street required ambulance transport to a hospital.

Monday, October 5, 1:27 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at the Halstead Apartments clubhouse on Ames Street.

Monday, October 5, 5:59 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop at Marlboro Market on East Main Street led to an arrest. Cazmira L. O'Loughlin, 42, of Bolton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and a number plate violation.

Monday, October 5, 6:55 p.m. — Sudden Death: A sudden death was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on Northboro Road East.

Monday, October 5, 8:37 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop at Bolton Street and Washington Street resulted in a criminal complaint.

Tuesday, October 6, 9:48 a.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at a residence on Highgate Road.

Tuesday, October 6, 11:00 a.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported on the 200 block of East Main Street.

Wednesday, October 7, 10:44 a.m. — Vandalism: Vandalism was reported at Quest Diagnostics on Forest Street.

Wednesday, October 7, 1:19 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Wednesday, October 7, 4:13 p.m. — Missing Person: A missing person was reported at a residence on Bond Street.

Wednesday, October 7, 7:13 p.m. — Missing Person: A missing person matter was handled at a residence on Prospect Street.

Wednesday, October 7, 7:57 p.m. — Arrest: An erratic-operator complaint on Boston Post Road West led to a motor vehicle stop and arrest. Jesus Leon Garcia Macedonio, 31, of Marlborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, and a marked lanes violation.

Wednesday, October 7, 8:49 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported on the 400 block of Boston Post Road East.

Thursday, October 8, 12:00-5:30 a.m. — Medical Emergencies: Four medical emergencies required ambulance transport to area hospitals, from Winthrop Street, Marlborough Hills Health Care on Northboro Road East, Cadillac Drive, and Hemenway Street.

Thursday, October 8, 1:07 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Prospector East Saloon on Lincoln Street.
