Marlborough Retirement Board approves 3% cost-of-living adjustment. The five-member board unanimously granted a three percent increase on the fifteen thousand dollar base of eligible retirement allowances. The board also approved nine new member applications across multiple departments, five refund and rollover requests, and three transfers to other retirement systems, including the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement Fund and MWRA Employees' Retirement Fund.

In related financial business, the board approved warrants totaling one point nine million dollars for retiree payroll, vendor expenses, staff costs, and refunds.
