Marlborough Retirement Board approves five new members, hears pension concerns. The board unanimously approved applications from Daniel Peace of the City Collector's office, Allison Norian from the Library, Tracy Callagher from the School system, Ryan Williams from the School, and Dylan Edwards from the School for full-time membership. The board also approved retirement for Robert E.
Collier, a School Custodian with 14 years 9 months of service, whose retirement date was January 11, 2026. City Council President Michael Ossing raised concerns about the FY2027 appropriation payment based on recent Meketa Investment reporting, prompting the board to consider seeking a reduction in the appropriation from the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission.
