Stubblebine Sells Marlborough Portfolio For $28.15 Million

A commercial real estate portfolio in Marlborough changed hands this week in a $28.15 million deal, with Stubblebine Company completing the sale of a 134,000-square-foot flex property to Seyon Group, according to a New England Real Estate Journal report. The news arrives alongside word that Marlborough's Labor Day Festival and parade will return in September for its 74th year, per Marlborough Patch.
