Board elects Tennyson as new Health chair

Marlborough Board of Health elects Tennyson as new chair. The board voted unanimously on April 7 to elevate Joseph Tennyson, MD from vice-chair to chair, succeeding James Griffin. Director Paul Dinwoodie reported on March activities including eight vaccine clinics administering 53 vaccinations and 37 routine food inspections with three re-inspections.
The board discussed proposed bodywork regulations currently under legal review, requesting removal of an English language requirement and clarifying that existing establishments will have 30 days to comply once regulations are adopted. The board also decided to cancel its May meeting.
