Thursday, June 25, 7:14 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash involving property damage only was reported on the 100 block of Lakeside Avenue.

Thursday, June 25, 7:57 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash involving property damage only was reported at the Route 495 northbound on-ramp from Route 20 West near the 400 block of Lakeside Avenue.

Thursday, June 25, 1:56 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at an apartment complex on Christie Way.

Thursday, June 25, 2:15 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash involving property damage only was reported at the intersection of Boston Post Road East and Wilson Street.

Thursday, June 25, 2:19 p.m.Assault: An assault was reported on Witherbee Terrace; no action was taken.

Thursday, June 25, 3:02 p.m.Shoplifting: A shoplifting incident was reported at a business on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.

Thursday, June 25, 3:07 p.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a welfare check at a restaurant on Apex Drive. Stephanie Diane Cook, 45, of Maynard, was charged with an outstanding warrant.

Thursday, June 25, 3:40 p.m.Shoplifting: A shoplifting incident was reported at Target on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Thursday, June 25, 4:23 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash involving property damage only was reported near the intersection of Lincoln Street and East Main Street.

Thursday, June 25, 4:29 p.m.Erratic Operator: An erratic operator complaint was reported on Ewald Avenue.

Thursday, June 25, 5:07 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at a salon on Apex Drive.

Thursday, June 25, 6:13 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash involving property damage only was reported near the intersection of Lincoln Street and East Main Street.

Thursday, June 25, 7:13 p.m.Arrest: An erratic operator stop was made on the 200 block of Maple Street. Daniel Patrick Mahoney, 29, of Worcester, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI) or .08% and failure to have a license in possession.

Thursday, June 25, 6:17 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at 91 Main St.; the log entry indicates an arrest was made but no arrest record was attached. (See REVIEW.)

Thursday, June 25, 9:07 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at a salon on Apex Drive. (Note: A second larceny entry from the same area appears in the log. See REVIEW.)

Thursday, June 25, 10:03 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was reported at an apartment complex on Boston Post Road East.

Thursday, June 25, 10:03 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 30 block of West Main Street.

Thursday, June 25, 10:52 p.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance at a rooming house on the 400 block of Lincoln Street. Michael George Spice, 55, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant.

Thursday, June 25, 10:51 p.m.Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm at the Marlborough Senior Center on New Street was checked and found secure.


Friday, June 26, 7:55 a.m.Sudden Death: A sudden death was reported at a residence on the 800 block of Pleasant Street.

Friday, June 26, 8:20 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash involving property damage only was reported at an apartment complex on Briarwood Lane.

Friday, June 26, 8:36 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash involving property damage only was reported at the Route 495 southbound ramp to Route 20 West near the 400 block of Lakeside Avenue.

Friday, June 26, 9:40 a.m.Harassment Order Violation: A harassment order violation was reported on Azalea Lane.

Friday, June 26, 12:14 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Extended Stay America on Northboro Road East.

Friday, June 26, 1:08 p.m.Sudden Death: A sudden death was reported at an apartment complex on Farm Road.

Friday, June 26, 1:38 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash was reported at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Friday, June 26, 1:42 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash involving property damage only was reported at the Holiday Inn on Lakeside Avenue.

Friday, June 26, 1:49 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at an apartment complex on Farmhouse Lane.

Friday, June 26, 1:53 p.m.Arrest: A directed patrol stop was made at the intersection of Beach Street and Clover Hill Street. Ekaterina Louise Benoit, 32, of Fitchburg, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, mobile phone use while operating a public transport motor vehicle, two outstanding warrants, and possession of a Class B drug.

Friday, June 26, 6:05 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Sunglass Hut at Solomon Pond Mall.

Friday, June 26, 6:20 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was reported on Witherbee Street.

Friday, June 26, 6:23 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported near Pleasant Street and Pleasant Court.

Friday, June 26, 6:40 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Vega Road.

Friday, June 26, 6:54 p.m.Hold-Up Alarm: A hold-up alarm at a business on Lakeside Avenue was investigated; services were rendered.

Saturday, June 27, 9:11 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash involving property damage only was reported near the 100 block of Lakeside Avenue.

Saturday, June 27, 9:27 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a restaurant on East Main Street.

Saturday, June 27, 10:47 p.m.Robbery: An armed robbery was reported at Extended Stay America on Northboro Road East. Roberta Lee Everett, 19, of Marlborough, was charged with armed robbery with a firearm and intimidating a witness, juror, police officer, or court official.


Sunday, June 28, 5:25 a.m.Animal Complaint: An animal complaint was reported on Gibbons Street; a follow-up call at 5:56 a.m. resulted in services being rendered.

Sunday, June 28, 11:55 a.m.Motor Vehicle Stop — Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop on the 200 block of East Main Street resulted in a criminal complaint. (No arrest record was attached; see REVIEW.)

Sunday, June 28, 12:21 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A crash involving property damage only was reported at the Post Road Plaza on East Main Street.

Sunday, June 28, 9:15 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on Lincoln Street.

Monday, June 29, 1:31 a.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle crash was reported on the 100 block of Pleasant Street. Cynthia M. Bryant, 30, of Berlin, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI) or .08%, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
