The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Marlborough Police Department's official public log for the period June 17–22, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Wednesday, June 17, 10:57 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on the 80 block of Sonia Drive; services were rendered.
Wednesday, June 17, 11:07 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at 33 Boston Post Road West.
Wednesday, June 17, 12:02 p.m. — Arrest: Three people were arrested in connection with a shoplifting incident near the 20 block of Union Street. David Arthur Cote, 65, of Woonsocket, R.I., was charged with failure to stop for police, conspiracy, speeding at a rate greater than was reasonable and proper, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, and larceny over $1,200. Lee Gervais, 57, of Blackstone, was charged with larceny over $1,200 and conspiracy. Suzanne Madeline Billington, 51, of Blackstone, was charged with larceny over $1,200, conspiracy, and possession of ammunition without a Firearms Identification (FID) card.
Wednesday, June 17, 12:50 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near Marshalls on the 190 block of Boston Post Road West.
Wednesday, June 17, 2:21 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 120 block of Northboro Road East.
Wednesday, June 17, 4:02 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Boston Post Road West and Ames Street.
Wednesday, June 17, 5:51 p.m. — Breaking and Entering (Past): A past breaking and entering was reported at an apartment on the 30 block of Briarwood Lane.
Wednesday, June 17, 6:02 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Main Street and Granger Boulevard.
Wednesday, June 17, 7:43 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at an apartment on the 40 block of Briarwood Lane; a report was filed.
Wednesday, June 17, 9:31 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Hildreth Street and Curtis Avenue.
Wednesday, June 17, 10:14 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Essex Street and Grove Street.
Thursday, June 18, 12:01 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 120 block of Northboro Road East.

Thursday, June 18, 10:25 a.m. — Missing Person: A missing person report was filed at Orchard Street Academy on the 50 block of Orchard Street.
Thursday, June 18, 2:03 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage, Criminal Complaint): A property-damage crash resulting in a criminal complaint was reported at Bolton Street and High Street.
Thursday, June 18, 3:20 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries: A crash with injuries was reported near the 10 block of Fitchburg Street.
Thursday, June 18, 4:09 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported near Safelite Auto Glass on the 310 block of Maple Street; a report was filed.
Thursday, June 18, 4:10 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at an address on the 30 block of Hosmer Street.
Thursday, June 18, 4:28 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near Brothers Market on the 110 block of Broad Street.
Thursday, June 18, 4:57 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at Apex Entertainment on the 20 block of Apex Drive.
Thursday, June 18, 6:29 p.m. — Erratic Operator: An erratic operator complaint was filed near Burger King on the 480 block of Boston Post Road East.

Saturday, June 20, 12:28 p.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was filed at a residence on the 10 block of Blaiswood Avenue.
Saturday, June 20, 1:10 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop (Criminal Complaint): A motor vehicle stop resulted in a criminal complaint on the 220 block of East Main Street.
Saturday, June 20, 6:55 p.m. — Animal Complaint: An animal complaint was responded to at a residence on the 100 block of Howe Street.
Saturday, June 20, 6:56 p.m. — Arrest: Rafael Oliveira Da Silva, 22, of Hudson, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop near a gas station on the 430 block of Lincoln Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, not having a license in possession, and speeding in excess of the posted limit.

Sunday, June 21, 1:57 p.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was filed at a business on the 547 block of Boston Post Road East.
Sunday, June 21, 7:34 p.m. — Arrest: Adan Gabriel Buendia Monrroy, 19, of Marlborough, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop on the 80 block of Union Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and improper operation of a motor vehicle.
Sunday, June 21, 8:30 p.m. — Arrest: Bernard James Arsenault, 62, of Marlborough, was arrested following a well-being check at Royal Crest Apartments on the 3 block of Royal Crest Drive and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and resisting arrest.
Sunday, June 21, 10:22 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at a residence on the 30 block of Huntington Avenue.
Monday, June 22, 12:39 a.m. — Disturbance/Arrest: A disturbance at Witherbee Terrace resulted in an arrest. No charge information appeared in the log entry; see Review section.
