Marlborough library approves July 4 closure, plans mural and multi-town reading program. The Library Trustees approved closing on Saturday, July 4, 2026. Director Sara Belisle will chair a committee to select artists for a $2,100-funded children's room mural, with Trustees Robyn Ripley and Samantha Khosla volunteering.
The Library will launch One Book One Borough in March in partnership with Westborough, Northborough, and Southborough, featuring "The Spellshop" by Sarah Beth Durst, with an author visit May 7 at Whitcomb Middle School.
