Marlborough Library Trustees Accept State Aid and Financial Report

Marlborough Library Trustees approve monthly financial report, confirm $54,000 state aid for 2026. Chair Fred Haas convened the board March 3, approving the February trust fund and state aid report. Library Director Sara Belise reported that Circulation Assistant Carla Thompson departed February 26; new part-time Assistant Emily Brady began February 24.
Building maintenance includes newly activated EV chargers and an awaited heating-system compressor installation. The Library is partnering with Northborough, Southborough, and Westborough libraries for the One Book, One Borough program featuring "The Spellshop" by Sarah Beth Durst, with author talk May 7 at Whitcomb School.
