Monday, January 12, 10:10 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at a residence on the 400 block of Bolton Street required transport to a hospital.
Monday, January 12, 10:31 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at a residence on the 100 block of Boston Post Road East required transport to a hospital.
Monday, January 12, 11:26 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle was stopped at West Main Street and Gibbons Street; a report was filed.
Monday, January 12, 11:33 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at IPG Photonics on Cedar Hill Street required transport to a hospital.
Monday, January 12, 11:43 a.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was reported at a residence on the 30 block of Washington Street.
Monday, January 12, 12:19 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported at Sunoco on the 100 block of Maple Street.
Monday, January 12, 1:32 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported on the 20 block of Royal Crest Drive.
Monday, January 12, 1:49 p.m. — Shoplifting: A shoplifting complaint was reported at Home Depot on the 700 block of Boston Post Road East.
Monday, January 12, 1:54 p.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was reported at a residence on the 900 block of Elm Street.
Monday, January 12, 2:47 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.
Monday, January 12, 4:49 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at a residence on the 400 block of Boston Post Road East.
Monday, January 12, 5:22 p.m. — Arrest — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle was stopped at South Bolton Street and Howe Street. Diego Otoni Soares, 28, of Leominster, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system), failure to yield at an intersection, and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle.
Monday, January 12, 5:40 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported on the 800 block of Boston Post Road East.
Monday, January 12, 5:47 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at a residence on the 400 block of Boston Post Road East.
Monday, January 12, 5:55 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Elm Street and Sumner Street.
Monday, January 12, 6:57 p.m. — Arrest — Erratic Operator: A driver was stopped for erratic operation at Forest Street and Sandini Road. Edwin Esan Rodriguez Flores, 39, of Westborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
Tuesday, January 13, 1:30 a.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at a residence on the 40 block of Witherbee Street.
Tuesday, January 13, 8:40 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported at an office building on the 28 block of Lord Road.
Tuesday, January 13, 9:24 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported at the 7 block of Mechanic Street.
Tuesday, January 13, 9:40 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at Pleasant Hill Retirement Community on Crowley Drive required transport to a hospital.
Tuesday, January 13, 1:06 p.m. — Animal Complaint: An animal complaint was responded to at a residence on the 45 block of Eager Court.
Tuesday, January 13, 1:54 p.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on Northboro Road East.
Tuesday, January 13, 3:12 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at AFC Urgent Care on Boston Post Road West required transport to a hospital.
Tuesday, January 13, 4:06 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 14 block of Cotting Avenue.

Tuesday, January 13, 5:15 p.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was reported at the 100 block of Benjamin Road.
Tuesday, January 13, 5:15 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported near Raising Canes Restaurant on Boston Post Road West.
Tuesday, January 13, 5:34 p.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was reported at Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive.
Tuesday, January 13, 11:16 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Funky Murphy's on the 30 block of Main Street.
Wednesday, January 14, 8:41 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported on Poirier Drive.
Wednesday, January 14, 9:39 a.m. — Animal Complaint: An animal complaint was responded to at the 180 block of Cedar Hill Street.
Wednesday, January 14, 9:42 a.m. — Animal Complaint: An animal complaint was responded to on the 99 block of Boston Post Road East.
Wednesday, January 14, 11:05 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at The Recovery Connection on the 30 block of Main Street.
Wednesday, January 14, 11:27 a.m. — Animal Complaint: An animal complaint was responded to at the 110 block of Shawmut Avenue.
Wednesday, January 14, 1:29 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 1300 block of Applebriar Lane.
Wednesday, January 14, 5:58 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop — Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle was stopped at the 190 block of Bolton Street; a criminal complaint was sought.
Wednesday, January 14, 8:29 p.m. — Sudden Death: A sudden death was reported at the 99 block of East Main Street.
Wednesday, January 14, 8:40 p.m. — Arrest — Welfare Check: Officers conducting a welfare check at a laundromat on the 400 block of Boston Post Road East made an arrest. Jane H. Norton, 70, homeless, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system), possession of a Class A drug, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.
Wednesday, January 14, 10:22 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a multi-family residence on the 180 block of Mechanic Street.
Thursday, January 15, 6:07 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported near RTX Corporation on the 1000 block of Boston Post Road East.
Thursday, January 15, 7:27 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported at Lakeside Avenue and Felton Street.
Thursday, January 15, 10:42 a.m. — Arrest — Warrant Service: Officers served a warrant at Maplewood Cemetery on the 300 block of Pleasant Street. Ryan Jeffrey Hayes, 38, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system).
Thursday, January 15, 12:01 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported near Brasileirinho Mini Market on the 500 block of Boston Post Road East.
Thursday, January 15, 12:59 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Val's Mobile Home Park on the 500 block of Boston Post Road East.
Thursday, January 15, 5:19 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident with Injuries: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported at Lincoln Street and Stevens Street.

Friday, January 16, 1:03 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at a residence on the 8 block of Upland Road required transport to a hospital.
Friday, January 16, 3:07 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at Marlborough Hills Health Care on Northboro Road East required transport to a hospital.
