The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Marlborough Police Department's official public log for the period April 13–15, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).


Monday, April 13, 9:05 a.m.Auto Theft: A vehicle theft was reported at a residence on the 30 block of Fairmount Street.

Monday, April 13, 11:30 a.m.Arrest: Officers assisting another agency arrested a man at a residence on the 500 block of Stevens Street on an outstanding warrant. Kevin Leroy Kellogg, 54, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system).

Monday, April 13, 4:11 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at a residence on the 80 block of Union Street.

Monday, April 13, 4:58 p.m.Trespassing: A trespassing incident was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Prospect Street.

Monday, April 13, 5:17 p.m.Shoplifting: A shoplifting incident was reported at Best Buy, 769 Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Monday, April 13, 5:49 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop resulted in a criminal complaint at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Huntington Avenue.

Monday, April 13, 5:49 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop led to drug-related arrests at the intersection of Felton Street and Landry Drive. Jared Thomas Mills, 35, of Webster, was charged with distribution of a Class A drug, trafficking in fentanyl (more than 10 grams, G.L. c. 94C §32E(c½)), conspiracy to violate drug law, possession of a Class B drug, and possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute. Kayla Jean Loce, 37, of Webster, was charged with possession of a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, and distribution of a Class A drug.

Monday, April 13, 5:48 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident (property damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Price Chopper, 240 East Main Street.

Monday, April 13, 6:27 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident (property damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Apex Entertainment, 21 Apex Dr.

Monday, April 13, 8:27 p.m.Threats: A threats complaint was reported at Stone Gate Apartments, 68 Saint Ives Way.

Monday, April 13, 8:59 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at New Horizons, 400 Hemenway Street.

Monday, April 13, 10:22 p.m.Missing Person: A missing person report was filed at a residence on the 30 block of Hunter Avenue.

Tuesday, April 14, 7:21 a.m.Suspicious Activity: A suspicious activity report was filed at a Dunkin' Donuts on the 200 block of East Main Street.

Tuesday, April 14, 7:38 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident (property damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Post Road Used Auto Parts, 785 Boston Post Road East.

Tuesday, April 14, 10:33 a.m.Arrest: A disturbance at a residential building on the 100 block of Prospect Street resulted in an arrest. Bassirou Wane, 49, of Marlborough, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime.

Tuesday, April 14, 11:41 a.m.Suspicious Activity: A suspicious activity report was filed on Cook Lane.

Tuesday, April 14, 1:17 p.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on the 300 block of Church Street.

Tuesday, April 14, 1:23 p.m.Assault: An assault was reported at the intersection of Farmhouse Lane and Boston Post Road East.

Tuesday, April 14, 2:31 p.m.Shoplifting: Two shoplifting incidents were reported at Target, 605 Boston Post Road East.

Tuesday, April 14, 1:509 p.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery matter was handled at a residence on the 100 block of Broad Street.

Tuesday, April 14, 6:08 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident (property damage): A property-damage crash was reported at the intersection of Lakeside Avenue and Felton Street.

Tuesday, April 14, 7:23 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop resulted in a criminal complaint near Ferrecchia Drive and MacQuarrie Drive.

Tuesday, April 14, 9:47 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop resulted in a criminal complaint near Prospect Street and Munroe Avenue.

Tuesday, April 14, 10:06 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check resulted in a person being transported to a hospital from The Bridge of Central MA, 512 Sudbury Street.

Tuesday, April 14, 11:47 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident (property damage): A property-damage crash was reported at 3000 Green District Boulevard.

Wednesday, April 15, 12:49 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a multi-family residence on the 10 block of Huntington Avenue.

Wednesday, April 15, 1:51 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Prospector East Saloon, 520 Lincoln Street.

Wednesday, April 15, 2:20 a.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop for erratic operation on Main Street at West Main Street resulted in an arrest. Jalize Jewell Brooks, 24, of Marlborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI) or .08%, resisting arrest, marked lanes violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, and vandalizing property (G.L. c. 266 §126A).

Wednesday, April 15, 5:21 a.m.Suspicious Motor Vehicle: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at a residence on the 9 block of Broad Street.
