Friday, March 27, 7:41 a.m. — Erratic Operator: An erratic-operator report was logged near the 596 block of Boston Post Road East; services rendered.
Friday, March 27, 8:03 a.m. — Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance at the 115 block of Broadmeadow Road.
Friday, March 27, 8:26 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported on the 30 block of Settlers Lane.
Friday, March 27, 8:36 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (with injuries): A motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported near Jaworek Elementary School, 444 Hosmer Street.
Friday, March 27, 8:56 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at the 41 block of Elm Heights Terrace.
Friday, March 27, 9:09 a.m. — Vandalism: Vandalism was reported at Jaworek Elementary School, 444 Hosmer Street.
Friday, March 27, 12:02 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at the 4100 block of Mayflower Circle.
Friday, March 27, 1:50 p.m. — Missing Person: A missing-person report was filed at the 91 block of Bolton Street.
Friday, March 27, 4:12 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at the 420 block of Hemenway Street.
Friday, March 27, 4:32 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop at Bolton and Francis Streets resulted in a criminal complaint.
Friday, March 27, 6:19 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at the 115 block of Woodland Drive.
Friday, March 27, 9:27 p.m. — Arrest — Welfare Check: A welfare check at the 431 block of Lincoln Street led to an arrest. No arrest name, age, town, or charges were included in the log for this entry. (See Review section.)
Friday, March 27, 10:37 p.m. — 911 Hang-up: A 911 hang-up call was investigated at the Extended Stay America, 19 Northboro Road East; a report was filed.
Saturday, March 28, 12:10 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at East Main and Stevens Streets.
Saturday, March 28, 1:18 a.m. — Arrest — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop on the 134 block of Maple Street led to an Operating Under the Influence arrest. Eswin Estuardo Barrios, 30, of Marlborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (second offense) and speeding in violation of a special regulation.
Saturday, March 28, 12:02 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near the 493 block of Boston Post Road West.
Saturday, March 28, 1:13 p.m. — Shoplifting: A shoplifting report was filed at Best Buy, 769 Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Saturday, March 28, 1:21 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at the 92 block of Westminster Drive.
Saturday, March 28, 1:51 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at Price Chopper, 240 East Main Street.
Saturday, March 28, 1:708 p.m. — Arrest — Erratic Operator: An erratic-operator stop on the 333 block of Pleasant Street led to an Operating Under the Influence arrest. Jorge Alberto Vasquez Rodriguez, 48, of Marlborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.
Saturday, March 28, 8:33 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop at Mechanic and Gay Streets resulted in a report being filed.
Saturday, March 28, 9:11 p.m. — Arrest — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop at Broad Street and Lincoln Street led to an Operating Under the Influence arrest. Thomas J. DeLosa, 64, of Marlborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (second offense), possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.
Saturday, March 28, 10:33 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (with injuries): A motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported at the 322 block of Hosmer Street; one person was transported to the hospital.
Sunday, March 29, 12:51 a.m. — Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance at the 61 block of Fairmount Street.
Sunday, March 29, 1:41 a.m. — Arrest — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop near Honey Dew Donuts, Boston Post Road East, led to an Operating Under the Influence arrest. Hayden James Paolini, 23, of Framingham, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (second offense) and speeding in excess of the posted limit.
Sunday, March 29, 2:48 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance report was filed at the 18 block of Boudreau Avenue.
Sunday, March 29, 7:25 a.m. — Police Investigation: An investigation was initiated at TD Bank, 133 East Main Street.
Sunday, March 29, 7:33 a.m. — Vandalism: Vandalism was reported at the 51 block of Christie Way.
Sunday, March 29, 4:06 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance report was filed at the 51 block of Christie Way.
Sunday, March 29, 4:57 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A suspicious-activity report was filed at the 93 block of Chase Road.
Sunday, March 29, 6:53 p.m. — Warrant Service: A warrant was served at the 24 block of Montanari Drive.
Sunday, March 29, 7:14 p.m. — 911 Hang-up: A 911 hang-up call was investigated at McDonald's, 250 Maple Street; a report was filed.
Sunday, March 29, 7:31 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop near Marlborough Court Condominiums, 37 Hosmer Street, resulted in a criminal complaint.
Sunday, March 29, 7:14 p.m. — Assault: An assault was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care, 121 Northboro Road East.
Sunday, March 29, 9:59 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from the 283 block of Lakeshore Drive.
Sunday, March 29, 10:02 p.m. — Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed at the 413 block of Lakeside Avenue.
