The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Marlborough Police Department's official public log for the period February 17–19, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).


Tuesday, February 17, 11:39 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries: A motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported on the 400 block of Bolton Street.

Tuesday, February 17, 11:59 a.m.Arrest (Warrant): A warrant was served at Marlborough Police Department headquarters, 355 Bolton St. Rodrigo Marques Pereira, 28, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant.

Tuesday, February 17, 12:42 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at the CVS Pharmacy on the 200 block of East Main Street.

Tuesday, February 17, 1:45 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle was stopped at Maple and Valley Streets.

Tuesday, February 17, 2:29 p.m.Arrest (Warrant): A warrant was served at Whitcomb School, 25 Union St. Vianda M. Montero, 35, of Worcester, was charged with an outstanding warrant.

Tuesday, February 17, 2:54 p.m.Fraud / Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on Saint Martin Drive.

Tuesday, February 17, 4:09 p.m.Arrest — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries: A motor vehicle crash with injuries occurred near the Navin Skating Rink on the 400 block of Bolton Street. Melissa Marie Cornaglia, 48, of Wallingford, CT, was charged with receiving stolen property valued over $1,200, four counts of outstanding warrants, possession of a Class B drug, failure to appear on a felony recognizance, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, speeding at a rate greater than reasonable and proper, failure to stop/yield, and a marked lanes violation.

Tuesday, February 17, 4:09 p.m.Arrest — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries (same incident): Lisa Dinene French, 54, of Wallingford, CT, was charged with an outstanding warrant, failure to appear on a misdemeanor recognizance, receiving stolen property valued under $1,200, and possession of a Class B drug.

Tuesday, February 17, 5:10 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage-only motor vehicle crash was reported near Kennedy's Market on the 200 block of Maple Street.

Tuesday, February 17, 6:40 p.m.911 Call: A 911 call was reported at a residence on Kevork Avenue.

Tuesday, February 17, 10:50 p.m.Parking Violation: A parking violation was addressed in the vicinity of Preston Street.

Wednesday, February 18, 3:19 a.m.Medical Emergency: A person was transported to a hospital from an apartment on Briarwood Lane.

Wednesday, February 18, 8:17 a.m.Sudden Death: A sudden death was reported at a residence on the 30 block of Old Charter Road.

Wednesday, February 18, 9:41 a.m.Fraud / Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on Stow Road.

Wednesday, February 18, 10:28 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage-only motor vehicle crash was reported on the 10 block of Cook Lane.

Wednesday, February 18, 11:15 a.m.Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was handled at a business on the 100 block of Lakeside Avenue.

Wednesday, February 18, 11:22 a.m.Fraud / Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on the 70 block of Hosmer Street.

Wednesday, February 18, 12:16 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage-only motor vehicle crash was reported on the 200 block of East Main Street.

Wednesday, February 18, 12:45 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries: A motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported at Lincoln Street and Huntington Avenue.

Wednesday, February 18, 3:52 p.m.Sudden Death: A sudden death was reported at a residence on the 30 block of Kane Drive.

Wednesday, February 18, 4:57 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at a business complex on the 200 block of Boston Post Road West.

Wednesday, February 18, 5:44 p.m.Threats: A threats complaint was reported at an apartment complex on the 100 block of Broadmeadow Road.

Wednesday, February 18, 8:05 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Princeton Green Apartments on the 700 block of Farm Road.

Wednesday, February 18, 9:19 p.m.Vandalism: Vandalism was reported at a two-family residence on the 100 block of Chestnut Street.

Wednesday, February 18, 10:10 p.m.Arrest — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle was stopped near TD Bank on the 100 block of East Main Street. Vitor Emanuel Cordeiro-DeSouza, 23, of Marlborough, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation.

Wednesday, February 18, 10:34 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at a residence on the 100 block of Boston Post Road East.

Thursday, February 19, 1:56 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 40 block of Mechanic Street.
