The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Marlborough Police Department's official public log for the period January 5–12, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Monday, January 5, 9:22 a.m. — Disabled Motor Vehicle: A disabled motor vehicle was reported at the intersection of Mechanic and Elm Streets.
Monday, January 5, 10:29 a.m. — Assist Citizen: A report was taken at the Speedway Gas Station on the 700 block of Boston Post Road East.
Monday, January 5, 1:18 p.m. — Auto Theft: A vehicle theft was reported on the 100 block of Cedar Hill Street.
Monday, January 5, 1:02 p.m. — Assist Other Agency: A report was taken at Marshalls on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.
Monday, January 5, 1:48 p.m. — Threats: A threats report was filed at Price Chopper on the 200 block of East Main Street.
Monday, January 5, 6:52 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Olive Garden on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard; services were rendered.
Monday, January 5, 7:22 p.m. — Found/Lost Property: A found/lost property report was taken at Marlboro Market on East Main Street.
Monday, January 5, 7:33 p.m. — Found/Lost Property: A found/lost property report was filed at Bolton Street Tavern on the 500 block of Bolton Street.
Monday, January 5, 7:19 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Bolton and Reservoir Streets resulted in a criminal complaint.
Monday, January 5, 8:31 p.m. — Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm was triggered at a residence on the 200 block of Clover Hill Street; building checked and secured.
Monday, January 5, 9:15 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop at Bolton and Reservoir Streets resulted in a criminal complaint.
Monday, January 5, 10:01 p.m. — Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was reported at the Boston Post Road Corporate Center on the 200 block of Boston Post Road West.
Tuesday, January 6, 1:11 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at Extended Stay America on the 19 block of Northboro Road East.
Tuesday, January 6, 1:33 p.m. — Shoplifting: A shoplifting complaint was reported at Marshalls on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.
Tuesday, January 6, 11:29 a.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at Sylvester Products on the 100 block of Bartlett Street.
Tuesday, January 6, 3:00 p.m. — Shoplifting: A shoplifting complaint was reported at Victoria's Secret at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Tuesday, January 6, 4:41 p.m. — Shoplifting: A shoplifting report was filed at Marshalls on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.
Tuesday, January 6, 4:59 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported in the Marlborough Police Department parking area on Bolton Street.
Tuesday, January 6, 5:10 p.m. — Traffic Control: Traffic control was required at the intersection of Hildreth and Church Streets.
Tuesday, January 6, 5:13 p.m. — Traffic Control: Officers directed traffic at the intersection of Church and Hildreth Streets.
Tuesday, January 6, 6:39 p.m. — Assist Citizen: A report was filed at a Shell Gas Station on the 400 block of Lincoln Street.
Tuesday, January 6, 5:30 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop at the intersection of East Main and Church Streets led to an arrest. Harrianne Errie, 29, of Worcester, was charged with a true warrant (warrant management system).
Tuesday, January 6, 6:31 p.m. — Vandalism: A vandalism report was filed at the McDonald Hotel on the 200 block of Main Street.
Tuesday, January 6, 6:52 p.m. — Erratic Operator: An erratic operator complaint was received near the intersection of Wilson and Hemenway Streets; services were rendered.
Tuesday, January 6, 7:05 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported on the 69 block of Sunshine Drive.
Tuesday, January 6, 9:08 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: A suspicious activity report was filed on the 44 block of Witherbee Street.
Wednesday, January 7, 12:07 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at the Post Road Trailer Park and Sales on the 100 block of Boston Post Road East.
Wednesday, January 7, 7:50 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported near JC Penney on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Wednesday, January 7, 10:08 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance report was filed on the 100 block of Main Street.
Wednesday, January 7, 10:25 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance report was filed at a residence on the 400 block of Stow Road.
Wednesday, January 7, 11:02 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: A suspicious activity report was filed at a residence on the 14 block of Eldorado Drive.
Wednesday, January 7, 11:51 a.m. — Missing Person: A missing person report was filed at Marshalls on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.
Wednesday, January 7, 12:16 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Farm Road.

Wednesday, January 7, 1:29 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud/forgery report was filed at Royal Crest Apartments on the 3 block of Royal Crest Drive.
Wednesday, January 7, 1:57 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage accident was reported near the Fix Burger Bar on the 100 block of Lakeside Avenue.
Wednesday, January 7, 1:14 p.m. — Recovered Stolen Motor Vehicle: A stolen motor vehicle was recovered at a property on the 200 block of Cedar Hill Street.
Wednesday, January 7, 1:51 p.m. — Missing Person (Unfounded): A missing person report filed at Fore Kicks on Forest Street was determined to be unfounded.
Wednesday, January 7, 5:19 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud/forgery report was filed at a residence on Teller Street. (Note: See also 1:19 p.m. entry — editor to confirm these are separate incidents.)
Wednesday, January 7, 8:51 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment report was filed at a residence on the 29 block of Franklin Street.
Wednesday, January 7, 11:32 p.m. — Trespassing: A trespassing report was filed at the Apex Drive parking deck on Apex Drive.
Thursday, January 8, 12:48 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage accident was reported at the intersection of Farm Road and Broadmeadow Road.
Thursday, January 8, 9:10 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage accident was reported on the 17 block of Fontaine Street.
Thursday, January 8, 9:16 a.m. — Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was reported at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on the 48 block of Briarwood Lane.
Thursday, January 8, 10:15 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud/forgery report was filed at St. Mary's Credit Union on the 100 block of West Main Street.
Thursday, January 8, 10:52 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud/forgery report was filed at a residence on the 72 block of West Hill Road.

Friday, January 9, 10:03 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to suspicious activity at the Prospector East Saloon on the 500 block of Lincoln Street. Kayla Marie Seerattan, 26, of Providence, R.I., was charged with fugitive from justice on court warrant, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer (two counts), and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (two counts).
Saturday, January 10, 3:56 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 319 block of East Main Street; services were rendered.
Saturday, January 10, 11:43 a.m. — Welfare Check: A welfare check at a residence on the 77 block of Mount Pleasant Street resulted in a transport to the hospital.
Saturday, January 10, 11:57 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hospital on Union Street; services were rendered.
Saturday, January 10, 1:46 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage accident was reported at Fore Kicks on the 200 block of Forest Street.

Sunday, January 11, 3:36 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Property Damage): A property-damage accident was reported on Parmenter Street.
Sunday, January 11, 10:24 a.m. — Vandalism: A vandalism report was filed on the 97 block of Bracken Drive.

Sunday, January 11, 4:30 p.m. — Arrest: Officers conducted a welfare check at Ridgewood Condominiums on the 190 block of Bolton Street. Thomas M. Timpone, 46, listed as homeless, was charged with a true warrant (warrant management system).
Sunday, January 11, 4:42 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny report was filed at H&M at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Sunday, January 11, 6:09 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Huntington Avenue resulted in a criminal complaint.
Sunday, January 11, 6:29 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop near Pizzarella on the 200 block of East Main Street led to an arrest. Bruce A. Peacock Jr., 38, of Marlborough, was charged with failure to stop/yield and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.
Sunday, January 11, 8:39 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Sumner and Belmont Streets resulted in a criminal complaint.
Sunday, January 11, 9:19 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the Ranch Boarding House on the 400 block of Lincoln Street; services were rendered.
