All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).


Thursday, January 1, 12:52 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop near the 260 block of West Main Street resulted in a criminal complaint being filed.

Thursday, January 1, 2:29 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries: A crash with injuries was reported at Chestnut Street at Mechanic Street.

Thursday, January 1, 5:33 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near the 133 block of East Main Street.

Thursday, January 1, 9:01 p.m.Erratic Operator: An erratic-operator complaint was reported near Farm Road at Broadmeadow Road.

Thursday, January 1, 10:01 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop near the 174 block of West Main Street at Mount Pleasant Street resulted in an arrest. Carlos Javier Alicea Pesante, 48, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.

Friday, January 2, 10:52 a.m.Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from the 15 block of Kings View Road.

Friday, January 2, 11:08 a.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at the 319 block of East Main Street.

Friday, January 2, 1:02 p.m.Shoplifting: A shoplifting complaint was filed at Old Navy, Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Friday, January 2, 1:11 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at the 10 block of Greenwood Street.

Friday, January 2, 1:31 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at the 319 block of East Main Street.

Friday, January 2, 1:57 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near the 81 block of Granger Boulevard.

Friday, January 2, 1:32 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at St. Mary's Credit Union, South Bolton Street.

Friday, January 2, 2:24 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Price Chopper, East Main Street.

Friday, January 2, 5:02 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Orchard Apartments, Farmhouse Lane.

Friday, January 2, 5:40 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at Lakeside Avenue at Felton Street.

Friday, January 2, 4:57 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 16 block of Daniels Road.

Friday, January 2, 5:35 p.m.911 Hangup: A 911 hang-up call was reported at Stone Gate Apartments, Redbud Way.

Friday, January 2, 7:25 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was reported at The Heights, Briarwood Lane.

Friday, January 2, 7:44 p.m.Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was handled at Liberty Hill Apartments, Main Street.

Friday, January 2, 8:24 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at the 85 block of Bolton Street at Lincoln Street.

Friday, January 2, 8:42 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported at the 153 block of Broad Street.

Friday, January 2, 9:09 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 2209 block of Orchard Apartments, Farmhouse Lane.

Friday, January 2, 10:11 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop at Bolton Street at Poirier Drive resulted in an arrest. Lauren Grace Brunetti, 45, of Plymouth, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system).

Friday, January 2, 9:48 p.m.Arrest: A warrant service at the 152 block of Broad Street resulted in an arrest. Walter Ramirez Aquino, 42, of Marlborough, was charged with two counts of outstanding warrant (warrant management system).

Friday, January 2, 11:00 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 300 block of Lincoln Street.

Friday, January 2, 11:25 p.m.Arrest — ⚠️ FLAG: Assault with Dangerous Weapon / Serious Bodily Injury: An assault was reported at Halstead Apartments, Ames Street. Angel L. Gonzalez, 48, of Marlborough, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury.

Saturday, January 3, 12:33 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near Jaworek Elementary School, Hosmer Street.

Saturday, January 3, 6:50 a.m.DPW Response: Police responded to a matter requiring Department of Public Works notification near the 355 block of Boston Post Road West.

Saturday, January 3, 11:39 a.m.Complaint: A complaint was filed at the 147 block of Hildreth Street.

Saturday, January 3, 10:40 a.m.Recovered Property: Property was recovered and logged at Marlborough Police Department headquarters.

Saturday, January 3, 1:16 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage crash was reported near New Horizons, Hemenway Street.

Saturday, January 3, 2:39 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 688 block of Boston Post Road East.

Saturday, January 3, 11:16 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Embassy Suites Hotel, Boston Post Road West.

Sunday, January 4, 1:38 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at the 38 block of Wellington Street.

Sunday, January 4, 5:10 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 51 block of Gibbons Street.

Sunday, January 4, 7:03 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care, Northboro Road East.

Sunday, January 4, 8:49 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Mineirao Market, Boston Post Road East.

Sunday, January 4, 9:03 p.m.Complaint: A complaint was filed at the 134 block of Mechanic Street.

Monday, January 5, 2:26 a.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check resulted in a report being filed at the 188 block of Mechanic Street.
