The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Marlborough Police Department's official public log for the period March 11–13, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Wednesday, March 11, 8:40 a.m. — Erratic Operator: An erratic operator was reported in the area of the 17 block of Stevens Street.
Wednesday, March 11, 10:01 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at the 100 block of Crowley Drive.
Wednesday, March 11, 11:49 a.m. – 11:51 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud/forgery report was filed in connection with a police investigation at the 59 block of Gibbons Street.
Wednesday, March 11, 12:45 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at the 272 block of Stevens Street resulted in a patient being transported to the hospital.
Wednesday, March 11, 1:29 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.
Wednesday, March 11, 1:57 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment report was filed at Marlborough High School, 431 Bolton St.
Wednesday, March 11, 2:51 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at Marlborough Hills Health Care on Northboro Road East resulted in a patient being transported to the hospital.
Wednesday, March 11, 3:21 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident / Arrest: A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported at Dunkin' Donuts on the 199 block of Lakeside Avenue. Samuel Silva, 19, of Marlborough, was arrested and charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system).
Wednesday, March 11, 3:40 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a business on the 500 block of Boston Post Road West.
Wednesday, March 11, 4:30 p.m. — Disturbance / Arrest: A disturbance was reported at Marlboro Market, 1 East Main St. Henry C. Tweedy Jr., 68, of Marlborough, was arrested and charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system).
Wednesday, March 11, 5:15 p.m. — Breaking and Entering (Past): A past breaking and entering was reported at a residence on the 38 block of Fairmount Street.
Wednesday, March 11, 6:06 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 460 block of Boston Post Road East.
Wednesday, March 11, 8:00 p.m. — Missing Person: A missing person report was filed at the 218 block of Hemenway Street.
Wednesday, March 11, 8:45 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop resulted in a criminal complaint at the intersection of West Main Street and Winthrop Street.
Wednesday, March 11, 9:28 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hospital, 157 Union St.
Wednesday, March 11, 9:44 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported at the 159 block of Stevens Street.
Thursday, March 12, 8:23 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident with Injuries: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported near the Marlborough Post Office on the 20 block of Florence Street.
Thursday, March 12, 10:39 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at an apartment complex on the 10 block of Farmhouse Lane.
Thursday, March 12, 11:53 a.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at a residence on the 57 block of Bond Street.
Thursday, March 12, 12:39 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop resulted in a criminal complaint at the intersection of South Street and Emmett Street.
Thursday, March 12, 1:17 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accidents: Property-damage motor vehicle accidents were reported near Apex Entertainment on Apex Drive and at a residence on the 450 block of Boston Post Road East.
Thursday, March 12, 4:43 p.m. — Warrant Service / Arrest: Officers served a warrant at a residence on the 326 block of Lincoln Street. Joshua Richard Lalumiere, 40, of Marlborough, was arrested and charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system), assault, failure to appear on a misdemeanor recognizance, assault and battery on a police officer, and vandalism of property (G.L. c. 266, §126A).
Thursday, March 12, 5:35 p.m. — Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at a residence on the 880 block of Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Thursday, March 12, 7:49 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Hayes Memorial Drive and Bartlett Street.
Thursday, March 12, 9:08 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage motor vehicle accident was reported near a restaurant on the 58 block of Apex Drive.
Friday, March 13, 1:19 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Arrest: A motor vehicle stop was conducted at the intersection of East Main Street and Walnut Street. Daniel Nino Naranjo, 23, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and a motor vehicle lights violation.
Friday, March 13, 5:11 a.m. — Burglar Alarm: A burglar alarm at Sunoco One Energy, 121 Bolton St., was responded to; services were rendered.
Friday, March 13, 5:35 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported at a residence on the 370 block of Hemenway Street.
