The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Marlborough Police Department's official public log for the period February 6–9, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Friday, February 6, 7:22 a.m. — Arrest (assisting agency): Police assisted another agency in making an arrest on the 45 block of Victoria Lane.
Friday, February 6, 8:49 a.m. — Auto Theft: A motor vehicle theft was reported at the Retreat at Marlborough Apartments on Dickenson Way.
Friday, February 6, 9:00 a.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was reported at an apartment on the 27 block of Briarwood Lane.
Friday, February 6, 10:30 a.m. — Vandalism: A vandalism complaint was reported at a residence on the 500 block of Berlin Road.
Friday, February 6, 11:55 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported in the Mill Street Central area.
Friday, February 6, 12:09 p.m. — Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed at the Marlborough Senior Center on New Street.
Friday, February 6, 1:09 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported in the vicinity of the 200 block of Mechanic Street; a criminal complaint was issued.
Friday, February 6, 1:12 p.m. — Breaking and Entering (past): A past breaking and entering was reported at the Marlborough Technology Center on the 67 block of Forest Street.
Friday, February 6, 1:41 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on the 81 block of Raffaele Road.
Friday, February 6, 1:49 p.m. — Breaking and Entering into Motor Vehicle: A breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported at the Retreat at Marlborough Apartments on Austen Way.
Friday, February 6, 1:29 p.m. — Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at a commercial address on the 340 block of Maple Street.
Friday, February 6, 1:35 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at Pure Hockey on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Friday, February 6, 5:23 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at Jefferson Street.
Friday, February 6, 5:37 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at Framingham Road and Maple Street.
Friday, February 6, 6:28 p.m. — Arrest — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop near the 187 block of Boston Post Road West resulted in an arrest. Collin Patrick Sweeney, 26, of Oakham, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.
Friday, February 6, 6:36 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop at the 91 block of Main Street resulted in a criminal complaint.
Friday, February 6, 6:45 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough High School on Bolton Street.
Friday, February 6, 6:58 p.m. — Arrest — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Ginger Garden on the 200 block of Boston Post Road East. Janice E. Gedaminsky, 59, of Marlborough, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, and vandalism of property (G.L. c. 266, §126A).
Friday, February 6, 7:40 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at Hosmer Street and East Main Street.
Friday, February 6, 9:01 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 400 block of Lincoln Street.
Saturday, February 7, 5:19 a.m. — Welfare Check: A welfare check was initiated at the 25 block of Newton Street.
Saturday, February 7, 11:57 a.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was reported at a convenience store on the 2 block of Boston Post Road East.
Saturday, February 7, 12:33 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported on the 200 block of Berlin Road.
Saturday, February 7, 12:52 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at Stevens Street and State Street.
Saturday, February 7, 1:32 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (with injuries): A motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported on Peters Avenue.
Saturday, February 7, 1:34 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported on the 200 block of Main Street.
Saturday, February 7, 2:38 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near Best Buy on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Saturday, February 7, 2:44 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Saturday, February 7, 4:38 p.m. — Vandalism: A vandalism complaint was reported at an address on the 200 block of Boston Post Road East.
Saturday, February 7, 5:05 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Saturday, February 7, 5:42 p.m. — Shoplifting: A shoplifting complaint was reported at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Saturday, February 7, 6:41 p.m. — Arrest — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop at Main Street and Rawlins Avenue resulted in an arrest. Samuel De Souza, 22, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Sunday, February 8, 12:18 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Stone Gate Apartments on Redbud Way.
Sunday, February 8, 12:25 a.m. — Arrest — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries: A motor vehicle crash with injuries occurred at Union Street and Prospect Street. Geovane Antonio Rodrigues, 48, of Marlborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI), leaving the scene of a personal injury crash, failure to stop for police, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and failure to stop/yield.
Sunday, February 8, 12:52 a.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was reported on the 33 block of Highland Street.
Sunday, February 8, 12:53 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at an apartment on the 33 block of Paris Street.
Sunday, February 8, 1:25 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 29 block of Hildreth Street.
Sunday, February 8, 5:08 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Embassy Suites Hotel on Boston Post Road West.
Sunday, February 8, 12:09 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near the Halstead Apartments on Ames Street.
Sunday, February 8, 1:06 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near Lakeside Shell on Lakeside Avenue.
Sunday, February 8, 1:06 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop on the 340 block of Lincoln Street resulted in a criminal complaint.
Sunday, February 8, 5:14 p.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was reported at a residence on the 300 block of Bolton Street.
Sunday, February 8, 5:18 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at an apartment on the 319 block of East Main Street.
Sunday, February 8, 10:05 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 125 block of Edinboro Street.
