The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Marlborough Police Department's official public log for the period March 30 – April 3, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).


Monday, March 30, 8:00 a.m.Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop on Wilson Street at Ewald Avenue resulted in a criminal complaint.

Monday, March 30, 10:29 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a business on the 69 block of River Street.

Monday, March 30, 10:55 a.m.Arrest: Officers served a warrant at Marlborough Hospital, 157 Union Street. Joshua Salvatore Palmieri, 36, of Charlton, was charged with three counts of outstanding warrants (warrant management system).

Monday, March 30, 11:22 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported near the 373 block of Lincoln Street.

Monday, March 30, 11:26 a.m.Recovered Property: Property was recovered on the 461 block of South Street.

Monday, March 30, 1:33 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at Marlborough District Court, 45 Williams Street.

Monday, March 30, 1:49 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported near the 587 block of Bolton Street.

Monday, March 30, 4:33 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported at Granger Boulevard near Court Street.

Monday, March 30, 4:52 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop was conducted on the 37 block of Lincoln Street. Janilton Santos Da Silva, 43, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and a marked lanes violation.

Monday, March 30, 5:35 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop at Granger Boulevard near Newton Street resulted in an arrest. Nabiel Nunez Ramos, 22, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system) and failure to appear upon recognizance (felony).

Monday, March 30, 5:56 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was reported on the 186 block of Broad Street.

Monday, March 30, 6:09 p.m.Threats: A threats complaint was reported at Royal Crest Apartments on the 5 block of Royal Crest Drive.

Monday, March 30, 7:03 p.m.Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at The Retreat at Marlborough Apartments on Christie Way.

Monday, March 30, 8:08 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was reported at Countryside Village, 450 Boston Post Road East.


Tuesday, March 31, 12:32 a.m.Citizen Assist: Police assisted a resident on the 688 block of Boston Post Road East.

Tuesday, March 31, 6:57 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Countryside Village, 450 Boston Post Road East.

Tuesday, March 31, 8:52 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported on the 302 block of Boston Post Road East.

Tuesday, March 31, 9:03 a.m.Assault: An assault was reported at The Reservoir Center Health Care on the 400 block of Bolton Street.

Tuesday, March 31, 9:46 a.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at The Burrow, 1000 Green District Boulevard.

Tuesday, March 31, 9:51 a.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on the 53 block of Simpson Road.

Tuesday, March 31, 10:16 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported near the Holiday Inn on the 265 block of Lakeside Avenue.

Tuesday, March 31, 10:27 a.m.Arrest: During a police investigation at Marlborough Police Department, 355 Bolton Street. John E. Brown, 65, homeless, of Marlborough, was charged with failure to register as a Level 2 or Level 3 sex offender.

Tuesday, March 31, 4:00 p.m.Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed on the 31 block of Main Street.

Tuesday, March 31, 6:02 p.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a fraud or forgery call on the 34 block of Church Street. Kayk Esteves Anacleto, 21, of Marlborough, was charged with credit card fraud under $1,200, identity fraud, and withholding evidence from a criminal proceeding.

Tuesday, March 31, 6:47 p.m.Arrest: Officers served a warrant at a residence on the 24 block of Montanari Drive. Victor Nunes Carvalho, 20, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system) and failure to appear upon recognizance (misdemeanor).

Tuesday, March 31, 6:47 p.m.Warrant Service: Officers served a warrant at Home Depot, 701 Boston Post Road East. [See editor flag — no arrest record number or name attached to this entry in the log.]

Tuesday, March 31, 6:51 p.m.Arrest: A shoplifting incident at Target, 423 Donald J. Lynch Boulevard. Kaeli Silva, 21, of Hudson, was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Tuesday, March 31, 8:07 p.m.Shoplifting: A shoplifting report was filed at a business on the 121 block of Bolton Street.

Tuesday, March 31, 8:33 p.m.Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed on the 290 block of Hudson Street.


Wednesday, April 1, 6:45 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident with Injuries: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported at a gas station on the 431 block of Lincoln Street; a criminal complaint resulted.

Wednesday, April 1, 6:56 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported on Simarano Drive near Cedar Hill Street.

Wednesday, April 1, 7:06 a.m.Auto Theft: A vehicle theft was reported at Orchard Apartments on the 14 block of Farmhouse Lane.

Wednesday, April 1, 7:24 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported on the 49 block of Hosmer Street.

Wednesday, April 1, 8:37 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care, 121 Northboro Road East.

Wednesday, April 1, 1:02 p.m.Arrest: Officers responded to an assault on the 57 block of Main Street. Jose Luis Vicente, 46, of Marlborough, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury and attempted murder.

Wednesday, April 1, 1:13 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported at Main Street near South Bolton Street.

Wednesday, April 1, 1:50 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Wayside Apartments on the 447 block of Boston Post Road East.

Wednesday, April 1, 2:41 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident with Injuries: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported on the 190 block of East Main Street.

Wednesday, April 1, 3:21 p.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was reported on the 37 block of Airport Boulevard.

Wednesday, April 1, 3:59 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at Apex Entertainment, 21 Apex Drive.

Wednesday, April 1, 6:26 p.m.Complaint: A complaint was reported on the 319 block of East Main Street.

Wednesday, April 1, 6:48 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Stone Gate Apartments on Redbud Way.

Wednesday, April 1, 7:13 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on the 168 block of Pleasant Street. Wirlen Guimares, 25, of Marlborough, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Wednesday, April 1, 8:15 p.m.Arrest: A motor vehicle stop at Rice Street near Bolton Street. Alexsandro Cassiano Volpe, 34, of Malden, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, use of an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle (first offense), possession of a Class B drug, and receiving stolen property under $1,200.

Wednesday, April 1, 9:32 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Halstead Apartments on the 165 block of Ames Street.


Thursday, April 2, 12:21 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance at The Reservoir Center Health Care on the 400 block of Bolton Street resulted in a person being transported to a hospital.

Thursday, April 2, 5:41 a.m.Missing Person: A missing person report was filed at Orchard Apartments on the 14 block of Farmhouse Lane.

Thursday, April 2, 7:53 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported on the Route 85 connector.

Thursday, April 2, 1:07 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Wayside Apartments on the 447 block of Boston Post Road East.

Thursday, April 2, 1:13 p.m.Auto Theft: Police responded to an auto theft investigation at Orchard Apartments on the 14 block of Farmhouse Lane.

Thursday, April 2, 1:31 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported at The Burrow, 1000 Green District Boulevard.

Thursday, April 2, 1:31 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A property-damage-only collision was reported near the Bolton Street Tavern on the 587 block of Bolton Street.

Thursday, April 2, 1:05 p.m.Erratic Operator: A report of an erratic operator was handled on Boston Post Road East near Farm Road.

Thursday, April 2, 8:52 p.m.Auto Theft: A follow-up auto theft investigation was conducted at Orchard Apartments on the 14 block of Farmhouse Lane.

Thursday, April 2, 10:58 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 319 block of East Main Street.


Friday, April 3, 12:41 a.m.Assault: An assault was reported on Williams Street.
