Tuesday, June 2, 8:13 a.m. — Breaking and Entering into a Motor Vehicle: A breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported at the 100 block of Maple Street.
Tuesday, June 2, 8:21 a.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at Crossroads School on the 200 block of Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Tuesday, June 2, 11:23 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near Old Charter Road and Stevens Street.
Tuesday, June 2, 12:04 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery was reported at the 100 block of Boston Post Road East.
Tuesday, June 2, 1:35 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 10 block of Church Street.
Tuesday, June 2, 4:04 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near Felton Street and Lakeside Avenue.
Tuesday, June 2, 5:22 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop resulted in a criminal complaint at the 200 block of Lincoln Street.
Tuesday, June 2, 6:04 p.m. — Arrest: An officer stopped a motor vehicle on the 400 block of Lincoln Street. Ivan Russel Damien Mendoza, 31, of Marlborough, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield at an intersection.
Tuesday, June 2, 6:15 p.m. — Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed at the 200 block of East Main Street.
Tuesday, June 2, 10:10 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported near the 100 block of Main Street at Florence Street.
Tuesday, June 2, 11:34 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the 200 block of Forest Street.
Wednesday, June 3, 11:15 a.m. — Assault: An assault was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 100 block of Northboro Road East.
Wednesday, June 3, 12:09 p.m. — Threats: Threats were reported at the 100 block of Ames Street.
Wednesday, June 3, 12:50 p.m. — Assault: An assault was reported at Assabet Valley Regional Vocational High School on the 200 block of Fitchburg Street.
Wednesday, June 3, 2:41 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a gas station on the 700 block of Boston Post Road East.
Wednesday, June 3, 3:04 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 100 block of Northboro Road East.
Wednesday, June 3, 3:14 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 400 block of Boston Post Road East.
Wednesday, June 3, 6:18 p.m. — Welfare Check: A welfare check was requested at the 100 block of Howe Street.
Wednesday, June 3, 8:47 p.m. — Suspicious Vehicle: A suspicious vehicle was reported near Main Street Bank on the 70 block of Boston Post Road East.
Wednesday, June 3, 9:05 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop resulted in a criminal complaint near O'Reilly Auto Parts on the 50 block of South Bolton Street.
Wednesday, June 3, 9:19 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 400 block of Boston Post Road East.
Wednesday, June 3, 11:05 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 400 block of Hosmer Street.
Thursday, June 4, 1:47 a.m. — Threats: Threats were reported at the 200 block of Mechanic Street.
Thursday, June 4, 10:44 a.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle crash with property damage occurred near Farm Road and Sherman Street. James G. Lafreniere, 69, of Marlborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI) or .08%, second offense, and a Department of Public Works rules and regulations violation.
Thursday, June 4, 11:33 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 800 block of Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Thursday, June 4, 12:03 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery was reported at the 40 block of Lakeshore Drive.
Thursday, June 4, 1:08 p.m. — Suspicious Activity: Suspicious activity was reported at the 100 block of Hildreth Street.
Thursday, June 4, 2:45 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 100 block of Northboro Road East.
Thursday, June 4, 4:07 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the 40 block of Deerfield Run.
Thursday, June 4, 4:11 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 200 block of East Main Street.
Thursday, June 4, 4:17 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported on the 900 block of Boston Post Road East.
Thursday, June 4, 4:49 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the 40 block of Royal Crest Drive.
Thursday, June 4, 7:28 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop was conducted near the 100 block of East Main Street. Marina T. Freitas, 35, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system).
Thursday, June 4, 7:31 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the 100 block of East Main Street near Clinton Street.
Thursday, June 4, 8:56 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop was conducted near the 400 block of Lakeside Avenue at Glen Street. Analisa Texeira, 41, of Brockton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, two counts of failure to stop or yield, and a number plate violation to conceal identity.

Friday, June 5, 9:53 a.m. — Recovered Stolen Motor Vehicle: A stolen motor vehicle was recovered at a towing service on the 300 block of Maple Street.
Friday, June 5, 10:37 a.m. — Drug Offense: A drug offense was reported at Whitcomb School on the 20 block of Union Street.

Sunday, June 7, 2:00 p.m. — Arrest: An officer stopped a vehicle near the 200 block of Cedar Hill Street following an erratic operator report. Julian Shayne O'Neil, 35, of Winchester, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI) or .08%, second offense; possession of a Class B drug, subsequent offense; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; and a marked lanes violation.
Sunday, June 7, 3:00 p.m. — Arrest: Officers served a warrant at the 30 block of Warren Avenue. Gerald R. Daum, 45, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system).
