The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Marlborough Police Department's official public log for the period June 1–2, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).


Monday, June 1, 7:42 a.m.Welfare Check: Officers responded to a welfare check on the 100 block of East Main Street; services were rendered.

Monday, June 1, 9:29 a.m.Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at a residence on the 0–10 block of Hayden Street.

Monday, June 1, 10:12 a.m.Medical Emergency: Officers assisted an ambulance crew at a residence on the 700 block of Hemenway Street.

Monday, June 1, 10:20 a.m.Medical Emergency: Officers assisted an ambulance crew at Academy Knoll Apartments on the 0–30 block of Broad Street.

Monday, June 1, 11:16 a.m.Welfare Check: Officers responded to a welfare check at RK Shopping Plaza on Boston Post Road West; a report was filed.

Monday, June 1, 12:04 p.m.Arrest — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop near Lakeside Avenue resulted in an arrest. Geovane Antonio Rodrigues, 49, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.

Monday, June 1, 12:05 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on Gikas Lane.

Monday, June 1, 12:31 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage-only crash was reported at Dunkin' Donuts on the 600 block of Boston Post Road East.

Monday, June 1, 1:30 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at The Retreat at Marlborough Apartments on Christie Way.

Monday, June 1, 4:17 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Ginger Garden restaurant on the 200 block of Boston Post Road East.

Monday, June 1, 5:00 p.m.Arrest — Shoplifting: An arrest was made at Target on the 600 block of Boston Post Road East. Alyssa Dupree Heymann, 18, of Marlborough, was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Monday, June 1, 5:03 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage-only crash was reported near the intersection of Winter Street and Lincoln Street.

Monday, June 1, 5:06 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop — Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop on the 700 block of Concord Road resulted in a criminal complaint.

Monday, June 1, 5:27 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 100 block of Northboro Road East.

Monday, June 1, 5:36 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage-only crash was reported at RK Shopping Plaza on Boston Post Road West.

Monday, June 1, 6:10 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop — Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop near the City of Marlborough Fire Department on the 200 block of Maple Street resulted in a criminal complaint.

Monday, June 1, 6:32 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Residences at Solomon Pond on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard; a report was filed.

Monday, June 1, 9:24 p.m.Welfare Check: Officers responded to a welfare check at a residence on Cook Lane; a report was filed.

Monday, June 1, 10:54 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage-only crash was reported near Delana's Bakery on the 0–50 block of Main Street.

Monday, June 1, 9:34 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop — Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Broad Street and Versailles Street resulted in a criminal complaint.

Monday, June 1, 10:02 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop — Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop on the 100 block of Chestnut Street resulted in a criminal complaint.

Monday, June 1, 10:30 p.m.Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed at McDonald's on the 250 block of Maple Street.

Tuesday, June 2, 12:21 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Elm Street; a report was filed.

Tuesday, June 2, 2:55 a.m.Medical Emergency: Officers assisted an ambulance crew at a residence on the 30 block of Hayden Street.

Tuesday, June 2, 3:22 a.m.Medical Emergency: Officers assisted an ambulance crew at Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 100 block of Northboro Road East.

Tuesday, June 2, 5:46 a.m.Suspicious Motor Vehicle: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Ruland Manufacturing on Hayes Memorial Drive; services were rendered.
