Sunday, February 1, 9:41 a.m. — Disturbance: Officers responded to the 100 block of Boston Post Road West (Best Western Royal Plaza Trade Center).
Sunday, February 1, 11:18 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from the 100 block of Northboro Road East (Marlborough Hills Health Care).
Sunday, February 1, 12:11 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from the 90 block of Onamog Street (Fairmont House).
Sunday, February 1, 12:36 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A person was transported to the hospital from the 22 block of Broad Street (Academy Knoll Apartments).
Sunday, February 1, 3:15 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A crash was reported at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Pleasant Street.
Sunday, February 1, 7:02 p.m. — Arrest (warrant): Officers served a warrant at a residence on Montanari Drive. Victor Nunes Carvalho, 20, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system).
Sunday, February 1, 7:39 p.m. — Arrest — Operating Under the Influence: A motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Mechanic Street. Diego Duarte Silva, 36, of Marlborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08%.
Monday, February 2, 8:22 a.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on the 200 block of Mechanic Street.
Monday, February 2, 9:16 a.m. — Assault: An assault was reported at Advanced Math and Science Academy on the 200 block of Forest Street.
Monday, February 2, 9:47 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at a residence on the 60 block of Valley Street.
Monday, February 2, 1:15 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A crash was reported near a residence on the 600 block of Stevens Street.
Monday, February 2, 1:33 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at a residence on the 400 block of Maple Street.
Monday, February 2, 1:54 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A crash was reported at the intersection of Boston Post Road East and Wilson Street.
Monday, February 2, 4:11 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A crash was reported near Burger King on the 400 block of Boston Post Road East.
Monday, February 2, 4:33 p.m. — Hold-Up Alarm: Officers responded to Marlborough Hospital on the 100 block of Union Street; the scene was checked and secured.
Monday, February 2, 4:51 p.m. — Arrest — Shoplifting: A shoplifting incident was reported at Price Chopper on the 200 block of East Main Street. Ling Zhang, 63, of Sudbury, was charged with shoplifting by asportation.
Monday, February 2, 6:11 p.m. — Shoplifting: A shoplifting complaint (criminal complaint sought) was filed at Price Chopper on the 200 block of East Main Street.
Monday, February 2, 8:44 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at a business on the 400 block of Maple Street.
Monday, February 2, 8:41 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A crash was reported near Marshalls on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.
Tuesday, February 3, 6:56 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries: A crash with injuries was reported near a residence on Neil Street.
Tuesday, February 3, 11:25 a.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at the 900 block of Boston Post Road East.
Tuesday, February 3, 12:02 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on the 900 block of Concord Road.
Tuesday, February 3, 12:24 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at Jordan Stables on the 300 block of Boston Post Road East.
Tuesday, February 3, 1:49 p.m. — Arrest — Trespassing/Breaking and Entering/Vandalism: Officers responded to a trespassing complaint at the 370 block of Stearns Road. Adindu A. Uzoma, 61, of Marlborough (address unknown), was charged with trespassing, vandalism of property (G.L. c. 266 §126A), and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor.
Tuesday, February 3, 1:54 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (property damage): A crash was reported at Mayflower Circle (Avalon Bay).

Wednesday, February 4, 11:36 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop (criminal complaint): A motor vehicle stop resulting in a criminal complaint was made at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Lincoln Court.
Wednesday, February 4, 1:41 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop (criminal complaint): A motor vehicle stop resulting in a criminal complaint was made at the intersection of Bolton Street and Poirier Drive.
Wednesday, February 4, 4:36 p.m. — Arrest (warrant/false ID): Officers served a warrant at a residence on the 300 block of Lincoln Street. Joshua Richard Lalumiere, 40, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant (warrant management system) and providing false identification information to law enforcement.
