The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Marlborough Police Department's official public log for the period May 5–8, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Tuesday, May 5, 8:30 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported in the vicinity of Marlborough High School on the 400 block of Bolton Street.
Tuesday, May 5, 8:51 a.m. — Arrest (Warrant Service): Officers served a warrant at a residence on the 70 block of Highland Street, resulting in two arrests. Jennifer L. Salamone, 37, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant. Rolando Velazquez, 45, of Framingham, was charged with possession of ammunition without a Firearm Identification (FID) card, possession of a Class B controlled substance (subsequent offense), and possession of a Class C controlled substance.
Tuesday, May 5, 10:58 a.m. — Erratic Operator: An erratic motor vehicle operator was reported near Cook Lane and Nolan Way; a report was filed.
Tuesday, May 5, 1:39–1:40 p.m. — Disturbance: Two disturbance calls were reported at Marlborough Hills Health Care on the 100 block of Northboro Road East; one resulted in a report.
Tuesday, May 5, 1:11 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at Marlborough Police Department headquarters on Bolton Street.
Tuesday, May 5, 1:42 p.m. — Suspicious Vehicle: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at the Halstead Apartments on the 100 block of Ames Street; a report was filed.
Tuesday, May 5, 1:42 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at a residence on the 200 block of Hosmer Street.
Tuesday, May 5, 5:15 p.m. — Arrest (Warrant Service): Officers served a warrant at a residence on the 400 block of Hosmer Street. Eugenia M. Barbosa, 44, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant.
Tuesday, May 5, 8:20 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported near the Shell Gas Station on the 400 block of Lincoln Street.
Tuesday, May 5, 10:41 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Criminal Complaint: A motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Lincoln and Mechanic Streets resulted in a criminal complaint.
Tuesday, May 5, 11:21 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the Alta French Hill complex on the 300 block of Lincoln Street; a report was filed.
Wednesday, May 6, 2:14 a.m. — Arrest (OUI): A motor vehicle stop near Lakeside Avenue resulted in an arrest. Gregory C. Bono, 36, of Waltham, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI) or .08%, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked registration, a marked lanes violation, speeding, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Wednesday, May 6, 9:27 a.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at a residence on the 20 block of Broad Street.
Wednesday, May 6, 10:32 a.m. — Arrest (Warrant Service): Officers served a warrant at a multi-family residence on the 30 block of Paris Street. Rene Gomez, 42, of Marlborough, was charged with an outstanding warrant.
Wednesday, May 6, 12:13 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Framingham Road.
Wednesday, May 6, 1:24 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the Price Chopper parking area on the 200 block of East Main Street.
Wednesday, May 6, 1:47 p.m. — Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel on the 100 block of Boston Post Road West.
Wednesday, May 6, 8:04 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of West Main and Gibbons Streets.
Wednesday, May 6, 8:17 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop / Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on the 200 block of Bolton Street resulted in an arrest; details were not included in this log entry (refer to arrest record on file).
Wednesday, May 6, 8:44 p.m. — Arrest (Motor Vehicle Stop): A motor vehicle stop near the 150 block of Main Street resulted in an arrest. Ricardo De Oliveira, 30, of Hudson, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, two outstanding warrants, and a motor vehicle lights violation.
Thursday, May 7, 1:47 a.m. — Arrest (OUI): A motor vehicle stop near Marlborough High School on the 400 block of Bolton Street resulted in an arrest. Patrick David Clarey, 34, of Marlborough, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI) or .08% (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, a marked lanes violation, and a municipal ordinance violation.
Thursday, May 7, 7:32 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported on the 300 block of Simarano Drive.
Thursday, May 7, 7:48 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (With Injuries): A motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported near Yatco on the 100 block of East Main Street.
Thursday, May 7, 9:06 a.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on the 30 block of Fairmount Street.
Thursday, May 7, 10:31 a.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was filed at a business on the 2 block of Main Street.
Thursday, May 7, 11:54 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Kane Elementary School on the 500 block of Farm Road; a report was filed.
Thursday, May 7, 12:27 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at a residence on the 20 block of Whittier Road.
Thursday, May 7, 1:36 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported at the Price Chopper parking area on the 200 block of East Main Street.
Thursday, May 7, 1:54 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a vacant residential address on the 30 block of Warren Avenue; a report was filed.
Thursday, May 7, 2:01 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Property Damage): A property-damage motor vehicle crash was reported on Lakeside Avenue near the Route 495 southbound ramp to Route 20 westbound.
Thursday, May 7, 4:27 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at Marlborough High School on the 400 block of Bolton Street.
Thursday, May 7, 4:54 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 29 block of Sumner Street; a report was filed.
Thursday, May 7, 6:21 p.m. — Harassment Order Violation: A harassment order violation was reported at a residence on the 13 block of Indian Lane; a report was filed.
Thursday, May 7, 6:34 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at a residence on the 53 block of Simpson Road.
Thursday, May 7, 7:44 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on the 38 block of Fairmount Street.
Thursday, May 7, 8:13 p.m. — Fraud/Forgery: A fraud or forgery complaint was filed at a residence on the 37 block of Violetwood Circle.
Thursday, May 7, 8:30 p.m. — Arrest (Recovered Stolen Motor Vehicle): Officers recovered a stolen motor vehicle near the 276 block of Main Street and arrested one person. Scott CJR Lynde, 35, of Marlborough, was charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (two counts), resisting arrest, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a Class B controlled substance, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and vandalism.
Thursday, May 7, 8:50 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 35 block of Hosmer Street; a report was filed.
Thursday, May 7, 9:12 p.m. — Arrest (Disturbance): Officers responded to a disturbance at a two-family residence on the 120 block of Broad Street. Jose David Fuentes, 24, of Marlborough, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
Thursday, May 7, 9:35 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a boarding house on the 400 block of Lincoln Street; a report was filed.
Thursday, May 7, 9:43 p.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was filed at a residence on the 16 block of Beach Street.
Thursday, May 7, 9:48 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a facility on the 28 block of Mill Street Central; a report was filed.
Friday, May 8, 12:28 a.m. — Complaint: A complaint was filed at the Stone Gate Apartments on the 100 block of Silver Leaf Way.
