Hours match the recently approved Garden Remedies relocation: 9 a.m.–11 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m.–9 p.m. Sunday. A second 4-0 vote denied owner Raimundo Neto's bid to rezone 36 Jefferson Street from Residence B to Neighborhood Business for an 11-unit condo project that attorney James McMahon said had already been cut 55 percent. Councilor Laura Navin, citing past Land Court reversals, said the council's leverage "really comes during the zoning." The Planning Board had recommended denial 5-0.
