Marlborough Names New Emergency Ambulance Provider
MARLBOROUGH — Mayor J. Christian Dumais announced Coastal Medical Transportation Systems as the city's new provider of emergency ambulance services, while a Marlborough dentist was indicted on charges connected to hidden cameras in a staff restroom, according to a MetroWest Daily News report.

Mayor Dumais's office announced Coastal Medical Transportation Systems, known as Coastal, will take over as the city's provider of emergency ambulance services, according to a City Hall News Flash press release. The announcement did not specify a transition timeline.
The city also issued a public notice regarding tree removal at the Fort Meadow Reservoir Dam embankment, part of a required Dam Safety Project, and reminded residents of updated rates under the Marlborough Community Choice Power Supply Program, a municipal electricity aggregation initiative. Separately, City Hall and non-emergency departments were closed Friday, July 3, for the holiday.

Marlborough Public Schools is directing families toward registration for the 2026-2027 school year, with required forms and documentation now posted on the district site. The district is also promoting its 2026 Summer Programs alongside ongoing updates on the Richer Building Project, a facilities initiative affecting Raymond C. Richer Elementary School.
