Public Service Committee approves Skyline Limo livery license 3-0
MARLBOROUGH — March 19, 2025 — Marlborough Public Service Committee approves Skyline Limo Service livery license in unanimous vote. The committee voted 3-0 Wednesday to grant Luis de Lima Gomes a one-vehicle livery license operating from 2312 Mayflower Circle, using a 2025 Tesla Model Y. Police Chief David Giorgi told the panel in writing he had "no reservations" with the application after reviewing Gomes' query report. Gomes told committee members he ran a similar business for four years before the pandemic and now serves private clients with airport runs and verbal contracts with firms in Westborough and Hopkinton. The meeting opened with a moment of silence for former committee chairman and Ward 7 Councilor Don Landers, who died last week after leading the committee for more than a decade.
