Public Services Committee approves three license items in brief meeting
MARLBOROUGH — October 26, 2022 — Public Services Committee clears three license items in roughly 30 minutes. The two-member committee, chaired by Donald Landers with Vice Chair Laura Doucette, voted 2-0 on each. Edward's Way, doing business as Easy Airport Limo Service at 50 Indian Lane, won a livery renewal after its operator said pandemic-era bookings have rebounded — "two years was nothing." Indelible Home Care Corporation received a recommendation for a new one-vehicle livery license at 97 Neal Street, with the applicant pledging to buy a Kia Sedona and keep parking off-street. Best Buy's second-hand dealer license at 769 Donald Lynch Boulevard was renewed after general manager Mindy Doan's written comments touted trade-in promotions of 10 to 15 percent off new printers. The recommendations head to the City Council's Nov. 7 meeting.
