Planning Board · Meeting of May 4, 2026
MARLBOROUGH — Planning Board unanimously endorses Results Way mixed-use zoning for City Council. Marlborough's five-member Planning Board voted 5-0 to recommend City Council approval of the proposed Results Way Mixed Use Overlay District. The board determined the amendment is in keeping with neighborhood character and provides economic benefit to the city.
The board also held a public hearing on a separate Forest Street Residential Overlay District proposal to redevelop an office park into 450 residential units with office and retail space; the FSROD hearing drew no public comment.
